The Canal House

This water side house is perfect for relaxing on the canals throughout the year with a beautiful view of the Mandurah canals. This house is the perfect getaway just a 45 minute drive from Perth whether you want to relax and simply enjoy the scenery or whether you want to have an activity filled holiday. With a boat ramp just down the road and its own personal jetty this place is perfect for boat-lovers of all size, a short trip to catch some crabs or to a local fishing spot Mandurah has everything. The Mandurah foreshore is only a short car drive from the house. Come and Enjoy this peaceful spot which will provided everyone with hours of entertainment.

The Canal house did not disappoint, it had everything we needed for a family boating holiday. The jetty was an absolute bonus, the kids loved dropping the crab pots from both the boat & jetty while we enjoyed a drink overlooking the canal. The house has 5 bedrooms. It’s an old house but kept very clean. It has everything for an enjoyable holiday. We loved it. Thank you Joan
