A recently renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront town home on Bahia Beach.

This home sits on a 125 acre, 4 star resort offering amenities including access to a private beach, full service marina with boat slips, tennis courts and waterfront restaurants and tiki bar.

Renovations are recent and include updated furniture and kitchen counter tops. This home sleeps 10 in total and offers over 2800 sq ft of space and 4 balconies with differing views so there is absolutely something for everyone. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this property all tastefully decorated and offering plenty of space for everyone to be able to get themsevles ready for the day ahead. There is a large living area which provides comfortable seating where you can watch the TV on the 50 inch screen and a dining table that seats six.

This waterfront town home has four balconies each offering its own view including one of downtown Tampa and you'll find outdoor furniture so you can sit and watch the world go by after a busy day. With so many amenities on site, there is plenty to do including fishing charters, sunset cruises, golfing and of course swimming either at the on-site pool or beach. Guests can use a number of close by rental services for jet-skis, paddle boats, canoes, adult and children's bicycles and golf carts if needed.

If you wish to go a little further afield, then downntown Tampa is just a 25 minute drive as is the Mote Aquarium and Tampa Sea Aquarium. Busch Gardens theme park is only a short 35 minute drive.

Excellent condo

Condo was as advertised. Great location, clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, and lots of water toys from paddle boards to beach chairs. Manatees put on quite a show for us in the water outside of the condo. Four of those amazing animals entertained us from the deck for over an hour one evening. Will definitely be back.
