This 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom condo is perfect for a large family with kids! The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, cozy pellet stove, upgraded luxury vinyl planking, and balcony with gorgeous mountain views. The home is equipped with a private washer and dryer that comes in handy on those Winter storm days. Lots of natural light from all sides on this corner home! Enjoy the convenient location of the Mammoth Creek and tons of hiking and biking trails nearby. The first bedroom located on the bottom level features a King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom, also downstairs, has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and another en-suite full bathroom. The loft, located on the top level, is great for the kids to have their own space while on vacation. It features a King bed, as well as a bunk bed with two Twin beds. There is even a comfy couch, flatscreen TV and DVD player to keep them busy and entertained while you relax downstairs after a long day on the hill. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway for Winter or Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, and no smoking is permitted. Pet-friendly for one dog, upon approval. There are 3 steps to this unit and there are 3 levels inside. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in town, so this location is perfect. The unit is a bit dated, door knob in lower first bathroom is not securely fastened, refrigerator leaks at times, coffee maker not working, no screen door on slider so bugs would fly in - these seem to be minor fixes that would have made the stay a bit more comfortable. But aside from these we enjoyed our stay.

Good location no frills rental.

We enjoyed our stay at the property, however, when we arrived three out of the four TVs didn’t work, and the mattress in the second room was old and collapsed in the middle. Though the property management was very responsive, you can tell the owners have not spent any money on the property in years

We put the couples in the bedrooms and our teenager with with single man in the loft. It was comfortable for all of us and we could relax and eat. The pots and pans were some odd sizes, but we made it work. We will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice accommodation with a reasonably well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom sink was draining very very slowly. The only downside is that with 6 guests for a week, there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher pellets. I don’t mind buying extra paper products, but 3 dishwasher pellets for a whole week? Especially when the checkout procedures want you to run the dishwasher.

Overall great space but one of the beds needs to be replaced

We enjoyed this vacation rental and thought everything was decent. But the bedroom on the first floor when you walk in on the left has THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE taco bed I have ever stayed on. I couldn’t get couldn’t get any sleep on it and that put a damper on the entire experience. They should really replace that mattress. Avoid that room at all costs.

This unit was cozy and clean- but only 1 of the 4 TVs worked, the microwave was broken, and the closet in one of the main bedrooms is locked (used as an owners closet- so no access for guests). If the issues were fixed I would stay there again- and the rental company was great!

Perfect Family Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was the perfect size and number of rooms/beds for our extended family vacation. The kitchen was more spacious than some rentals, and two people could work in there comfortably. Beautiful view from the balcony. Our only struggles with the unit were low water pressure in the 2nd floor shower and the large gap at the bottom of the railing on the balcony. That was obviously a design flaw when the balcony was built and not the fault of the unit. Also, although this complex has a pool, it is so small that our two children couldn't both play in it without crashing into each other. The two jacuzzi tubs were very spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great trip, great condo for our family of six and dog. Our biggest complaint was the master bedroom lacking closets. No where to hang your clothes. Should have something in room or put pole on hall closet or laundry room. We would love to stay there again. Hopefully they will upgrade before we do. Would be great to put dimmers on the kitchen light and dining room light so it’s not so bright all the time otherwise everything was terrific. It was clean and comfortable for everyone.

Needs some TLC from the owners

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium was nice. We were welcomed to a brand new induction oven and stovetop, although, the cookware was NOT compatible with the stovetop. Only one pan worked! We reached out to the management company and they brought over a nice big pot so that we could cook our Thanksgiving meal! The carpets were dirty (spots) but understandable since it is a dog friendly place. We could not get the pellet stove to work, but the heaters worked. The sink and shower in the master bathroom drained VERY slowly (but the others were fine). If the cookware gets replaced, the drains cleared, and pellet stove fixed or instructions were easier to follow, I would give the place a top rating! It needs a little TLC from the owner!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is very old and not well taken care of. The second night there I step on a fish hook that was in the rug of the living room. Didn’t feel all that great. I’m glad it wasn’t one of my grandkids. Water pressures was terrible could only run one thing at a time. Only had one trash bag had to buy my own. Trash can was very small so we went through quite a few bags. The fire place slash heater runs on pellets. They had barely 1/2 of the hopper full. After calling the management company we got more pellets later the next day. I could probably go on but this should let you know how we felt.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am extremely disappointed in my stay at Snowflower. In the loft of the condo I had rented the loft reeked of cat urine. So much so the beds up there were unusable. This was upsetting because I paid for extra space, but guests had to sleep on the floor and couch downstairs. I called guest services and their actions or lack there of were a joke. After calling, they said they would reach out to maintenance to see what they could do and give me a call back. I never received a call back. Then, maintenance shows up unannounced and handed us a bottle of febreeze. Febreeze sprayed on cat **** doesnt smell like febreeze, it smells like febreeze and cat ****. We asked for carpet cleaner and the maintenance said they would be back. By this time they came back the next day, which was our last full day. He cleaned the carpet, yet it still reeked. The loft was unusable the entire trip. Because of this, I feel financial compensation is required. I also emailed 4 times and they have yet to respond. Overall very disappointed. Also, the lamp in the loft was wrapped in a garbage bag next to the cat ****, so either management knew about it and ignored it or cleaned it ineffectively. I am expecting a response back. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented vacation properties the last 9 summers in Mammoth. We've never paid so much and been so disappointed in a property. First, the Good: great location (except for backing up to busy Minaret Rd); great pool and spa area; easy, free parking; a good amount of space, and the bathroom on the main level is a nice bonus. The kitchen was well-stocked and had a good supply of paper products, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. The grounds are lovely with many colorful flowerbeds, shade trees, and nice grass areas.The Bad: not cleaned thoroughly-- kitchen floor very dirty, discovered because the refrigerator kept leaking water and had to be mopped up with towels; a bag of Cheetos was left in a loft dresser drawer, a juice box and ping pong ball were left under the couch, and it appears no furniture is ever moved to clean under; some towels have holes; king mattress needs replacing; when using the washer or shower, there was no water pressure anywhere else in the condo; no screen door on the balcony slider and another screen missing off a window upstairs so we couldn't open them to let the upstairs cool off and no fans or AC; neither bedroom TV worked because they didn't have cable boxes (every input tried indicated No Signal); internet/WiFi almost non-existent. When I contacted the management company, they responded that they had never had a complaint before about either, but I read several complaints in previous reviews of the property. Now for the Ugly (dangerous): there were exposed wires coming out of openings in the walls that should have been covered by outlet plates. One metal outlet on the floor in the dining area was protruding more than a 1/2 inch above the floor, causing injury more than once as we tripped on it. I will provide photos of these issues upon request. Most of these issues are easy fixes that the owner/management have failed to address. It appears that profits are far more important to them than guest comfort and safety

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was average. The amount of space was nice but the condo needs some updating, basic maintenance. New rugs in RR and rooms, a screen for the slider ( we bought our own at the hardware store and took down before we left), new bedding with duvet covers, crockpot and more pots in the kitchen would be nice . Cleanliness was not the greatest, I vacuumed and swept and wiped everything down when we first arrived. The beds we’re comfortable and the restrooms worked well and the complex was quite and had two hot tubs so that was a plus. Not a fancy place but it worked out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, spacious, and exceeded expectations. Major downfall was the lack of balcony screendoor. When we went to air the place, bugs galore invaded our space (mosquitos, gnats, and moths). Fix this and I'd recommend to friends.
