Hinemoa Haven in the heart of Rotorua City is warm and welcoming, oozes personality and is an ideal central base for all your Rotorua adventures.

Convenience is key here, with three bedrooms sleeping 6 guests, a spacious lounge, and private courtyard, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This two level, three bedroom home comfortably sleeps six adults.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a dedicated dining space and a comfortable living room which opens up onto a private cobbled rear patio. Out here you'll find an outdoor table setting as well as a 6-burner BBQ, just perfect for alfresco dining.

For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed WIFI and a smart TV. There is a heat pump/air con unit in the living room. There are two off-street parking spots as well as a single garage for storing bikes and more.

You will be in the heart of the city here- walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions.

Note: the property isn’t overly suited for young children as the staircase and upper walkway is original. The banisters are widely spaced and may be tempting for children to climb/crawl thorough/over.

This was a perfect place for us to spend a long weekend in Rotorua. Kristin and the team were incredibly responsive and friendly, check in was easy and the house was well-kept, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Great location and very comfortable

All you need to be comfortable in the fabulous town of Rotorua. Great location, close to parkland with geothermal activity and walking distance to the centre of town.

Beautiful and spacious house

We loved staying in this very comfortable house. Spacious, clean, comfortable more than fully equipped. Definitely recommend and a pity that we only stayed for a short time.

The house is very comfortable and well suited for access to all things Rotarua. They provided loads of towels and many sets of dishes, which was really convenient. The hot tub is super enjoyable, but it does take much longer to fill and heat than described. You also have to rig the plug with weights and a cloth to keep it from leaking out. But once it’s all up and running, it’s so lovely. The major downside was no internet the entire time we were there. WiFi was strong, but the internet was out. I had to use my phone as a hot spot for everything.

Long Weekend Biking Getaway

Great little house, perfectly located in central Rotorua. Walking distance to town and Eat Street but in a lovely quiet street. Comfy beds, awesome lounge and living area and good kitchen. Couldn’t get the spa going as it kept emptying itself but aside from that, this is an excellent place to stay with a garage for bikes if needed. Highly recommend

Great location, ammenities were comfy, stayed in winter and heating was fantastic, a few staples were left in the pantry which was handy. Overall great and would stay again.

CENTRAL LOCATION

Our overall stay was pleasent. Best benefit was that it was close to central town and eateries. A park just around the corner was a welcome bonus. The hotpool was old and some of the pavers were really unstable which may pose a problem for older people but it was a lovely option to soak after a day mountainbiking. The rooms were smaller than they looked in photos, but were tidy and clean.

Lovely stay, there was something wrong with the cupboard under to cook top, which is the only reason this is not a full 5 star review. When I mentioned it to the property manager she was going to fix it after my stay. Property manager was amazing to deal with, her customer service was superb! Highly recommend.

Christmas Break

We Loved the property! It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the city centre! It was really hot so we couldn't sleep well at nights but Fans were provided thank goodness! We will definitly come back again! Cheers! Em:)
