Not only that, you’ll be within blocks of the Amtrak Station, West Beach, Toma Restaurant & Bar, the Harbor, Stearns Wharf, and Downtown. It’s all that close, secluded in a desirable little enclave.

This charming Spanish-style beach house has modern interiors with an updated open concept Kitchen leading into the cozy Living Room. The stylish Bedrooms and ensuite only Bathrooms will keep even the fussiest of sleepers comfortable. The detached garage has been converted into a separate living space with loungeable couches and a flat-screen TV. However, the real showstopper is the patio complete with a BBQ grill, sink, mini-fridge, and outdoor lounging area. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing with friends.

Very cute house in an awesome location

The West Beach Oasis was great! The house was extremely clean and well decorated. The location was perfect. Very close to State Street/Downtown and great beaches. I only have a couple of negative comments. The bathroom situation is not ideal. Two rooms have connected bathrooms and there is no common bathroom. So you have to go through a bedroom to use a bathroom. Also, the 10am checkout time is too early. We had a couple issues that were quickly fixed with a call to the property manager. I would absolutely stay here again!

Santa Barbara Experience

We enjoyed the West Beach Oasis. Great location to walk to sites and restaurants. It was very clean and did a great job for us. The hot tub needed attention and the response was quick and efficient. We would be happy to return.

Lovely stay

Perfect location, clean home, our family of five loved the floor plan, and especially the outside patio, which makes for great dining for a family with younger children. The kids enjoyed the live music from next door, and we will absolutely come back! We walked everywhere in Santa Barbara and loved the wide array of dining options within walking distance.

A lovely location in Santa Barbara

We made up two couples and had a wonderful stay at West Beach Oasis. We walked to the beach, piers, and restaurants every day. We followed this up with a nice soak in the backyard hot tub. And to finish the nights off, there's a very fun neighborhood bar with live music in the backyard that has a hard close at 10pm every night. The house was perfectly clean and maintained. We will return!
