Topsail Beach, the Topsail Reef condos offer private access to the beach from each building. Unit 252 has been recently renovated and updated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable beach retreat. Step out on the balcony and enjoy an ocean view for miles.

Topsail Reef 252 offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Bed sizes include a Queen, a Bunk bed set, and a Full Sleeper Sofa. Pillows, bedspreads, and blankets are provided. Sheets and Towels are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤ The town of North Topsail Beach has installed a sandbag barrier along the shoreline of the farther end of New River Inlet Road. Sandbags are visible in front of this property. For more information and photos of the shoreline condition, please refer to the Town of North Topsail Beach website.

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

40th Anniversary Getaway Weekend

We had stayed at these condos years ago, knew they were old going in, but expected them to be clean. They were filthy, mold on shower curtain and hair all over the bathroom. A cockroach greeted us in the bedroom. Looked like the the unit had not been cleaned at all. Contacted rental office because screen was off the slider, told us someone would be out, no one came. The only thing that saved our trip was the great location and view.
