Perfect for two people

Loved our time at the casita. Steve and Nancy were lovely hosts. The pool is not heated but the hot tub was great and with 90 degree heat, the pool, while chilly, was still a fun respite from the heat. Proximity to a grocery and drugstore were handy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Wonderful Casita

The casita was very nice and clean. The owners were very nice and wanted to make sure we had a good time. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Phoenix.

Fantastic Stay

A little oasis

My wife and I had a great stay. The casita was well stocked, super clean, really comfortable and well decorated. The shared backyard was like a little oasis, with beautiful trees, a beautiful pool, and it felt very tranquil. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Amazing garden oasis in quiet north phoenix community

This place checked all the boxes with beautiful quiet retreat. As stated, patio is shared with owners but they were attentive without being obtrusive. Well stocked, we used the spa/hottub every night and the washer and dryer were a plus for wet suits. We travel with a special needs teen and it wa perfect for the 3’of us

Our host Steve was great! He was very accommodating and let us check in a couple of hours early as we had been driving for 2 days from Colorado. The casita is adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were great additions. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Arizona.

Great

My stay is was perfect, I enjoyed everyday I spent here. The home was so beautiful from the pool/hot tub area to the patio to the interior of the home. Very clean, spacious, and affordable. At one point I even was greeted my the property owner himself along with his wife such a great people. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Arizona and give it 5 stars. I will be returning soon and plan on staying here again.

A slice of heaven

We count ourselves lucky to have found this gem of a vacation oasis. The casita was perfect. All the conveniences needed to make our stay comfortable. From the soaps, shampoo, paper towels, garbage bags to emergency supplies such as bandaids, toothpaste, things you might have forgotten to pack. Not needing to waste our valuable vacation time to spend running to the store for forgotten items was priceless! Comfortable mattress & bedding, plentiful towels, washer & dryer was so very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and cabinets labeled - genius. Coffee, creamer & water was stocked and ready for us. We truly loved the casita. The shared pool, hot tub and beautifully landscaped yard was heaven. Plenty of seating, sun & shade. Very accommodating host. Thanks for sharing your lovely home w/ us!

The Perfect Spot

We have stayed here two times visiting our son in Phoenix. This place is perfect for what we need when we make this trip. Location is very convenient and it is a very nice area. Every morning was a 2 min drive to our favorite coffee shop. Lots of good restaurants nearby. About 25 mins from Sky Harbor Airport, which was very convenient. This is behind the owner's home, but you honestly do not know they are there and have access to the private pool and hot tub. There is a nice, covered sitting area overlooking the pool that we took advantage of every morning and evening. The house is very cute. It is not huge, but if you are by yourself or with somebody else it is perfect. The house was clean and has everything you need. The owner even checked in ahead of time to see if we needed anything given we were arriving late at night. We have stayed elsewhere in the Phoenix area and this is at the top of the list. We are looking forward to another visit there soon! Thank you!

Friendly host thought of everything you might need

We stayed here because we were travelling for surgery at Mayo, only 10 mins away. The host was friendly but still gave us our privacy. The Casita kitchen was well stocked, with staples like cooking oil, condiments, herbs, and even a few thoughtful treats in the fridge. The common tools you'd want in a home kitchen were stored in a sensible place easy to find. The Casita itself was Beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the backyard was full of desert wildlife, including a mischievous yet charming pack of quail who kept coming up to our window. Also saw rabbits and lizards. The pigeons would sing to us in the mornings. Pool was clean and shaded so we stayed cool even in the Arizona summer heat. Since the small kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to eat in most of the time, though since the host provided a nice list of local food, we didn't want to and enjoyed the local faire haha. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Was so nice to come "home" after our stay at the hospital, made our medical visit feel a lot more like a vacation.

This quiet little casita was perfect for our Mother/Daughter trip. The yard and pool are so beautiful and quiet. It was easy to forget we were so close to all the city had to offer. I can't think of anything they could have provided us with that they hadn't already thought of...itwas perfect!

We Loved the Casita!

The Casita was a perfect space for my wife and I. We stayed for the week and felt comfortable the entire stay. The hosts were amazing and very intentional with the accommodations. This casita does not disappoint

Great little “casita” getaway place. Private -even the open backyard felt private. Excellent, open, honest and welcoming communication from the owners. Everything is very clean and inviting. It was probably the best stay on our 11 day trip. Would go there again in a heartbeat .
