Cute 1 bed home close to city centre
Bach or holiday home, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, (Sleeps 2)
A fully furnished 1 bedroom home, bath towels (not beach towels) and linen supplied, bed made up etc. Just walk in and enjoy a home away from home.
Offering:
· 1 bedroom (sleeps 2) bedroom has a queen bed,
· living area, TV etc, WIFI password supplied with keys and instructions inside.
· Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher etc
· Laundry complete with washing machine
Just a 6 minute (4.1 km) drive to the city centre and 8 minutes (8.2 km) to the stunning Mount Maunganui.
Special conditions
Check in time normally around 2pm unless by prior arrangement, check out 10am.
We are in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so no loud music, no parties and no additional guests after 10pm. No smoking. Please leave the house clean and tidy. Take sheets off bed and put in laundry with towels. Thanks

Perfect stop for Tauranga holiday
This lovely little house is fully equipped for an ideal self catering holiday, with easy access to restaurants and eateries in both Tauranga and the Mount. It it an excellent base for wider touring in the Baybof Plenty.
The house is very comfortable, it has a sunny aspect and the garden and deck provide excellent spaces for sitting outside. We were made to feel very welcome. I recommend this property without reservation.
