‘The Juc Lookout’ is an incredible beach house that boasts sweeping views from its commanding position. From the green belt of the RACV golf course to the breaking waves of Jan Juc, the views carry on to Port Phillip Heads and the distant silhouette of Cape Schanck. Warm natural light and unobstructed views flood the stylish interiors, so you can watch the surf and passing ships from sunrise to sunset.

Quietly tucked away from the crowds and yet so close to the beach, parks and shops, this may well be one of the best locations in Jan Juc. Set in a quiet court with the convenience of close proximity to the Jan Juc Village shops, cafés, beach and playgrounds, world-famous Bells Beach is under 10mins drive. The main Torquay shopping and dining precinct is also within this radius.

Designed to maximise its aspect and embrace the scenic outlooks, the property takes full advantage of the views with a sunny deck and rooftop viewing platform. With views across the coastal hamlet, the ‘The Juc Lookout’ will have you feeling on top of the world.

The split-level layout offers 3 spacious living areas with leafy outlooks and sunny outdoor entertaining, making it ideal for a memorable family holiday, groups of friends or executive travellers. Entertainers will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, with quality stainless steel appliances, coffee machine (takes ground fresh coffee) and world-class views that make meal preparation a delight. Distinctive stone benches and a brekky bar with 4 stools adjoins the dining area for 8 people. Kids are catered to with plastic tableware, stairgates, toys and games, plus a highchair and porta cot (BYO cot linen).

Easy living with space for everyone to come together or seek retreat. The main upstairs living room has breathtaking sea views, RC-AC and a striking stone fireplace as the focal point for the winter. This links to an outdoor entertaining area. A second living room upstairs has a Smart TV (log in with your own Netflix/streaming account details) and electric wall panel heater. Downstairs, the 3rd living/rumpus room has RC-AC, TV with DVD player (no free to air channels), comfortable furnishings and décor, books and board games. Direct access to a covered/sheltered deck and fully fenced backyard gives the kids heaps of room to play outside.
** Pet friendly by request at the time of booking for 1 well-behaved dog only (dog to be outdoors only, BYO bowl/bed/dog poop bags, and please don't leave your pet at home alone when you go out as barking will disturb our neighbours. $50 extra pet fee will be added to your reservation).

All four bedrooms have new mattresses, beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. The master bedroom with King-size bed and RC-AC has a private balcony, plus window to check the surf from bed! Next door, the Queen bedroom upstairs also has great ocean views. These rooms share a bathroom, with a shower-over-bath and convenient 2-way powder room.

Downstairs is a Study and 2 more bedrooms with ceiling fans and electric panel wall heaters. One has a Queen bed, and one has a King Bed. A beautiful bathroom downstairs has a heat lamp, shower vanity and separate toilet.

Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop, a short 5min drive away. Go for walks along the clifftop track to discover waves for experienced surfers only, namely Bird Rock, Steps, Winki Pop and Bells, with Jan Juc surf beach located further to the east.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.

A perfect weekend holiday
The property is very special. Four spacious bedrooms and many different living areas. Close to Jan Juc beach and other amenities. The house was presented extremely well with loads of ‘extras’. Extremely clean and beautiful furnishings.

Wonderful family getaway
A wonderful place in a quiet court location a short walk to beach and cliff top walk. Very well appointed with everything you need for a lovely relaxing break. Kitchen is probably one of the most well equipped I have seen and we have stayed at many houses over the years. Having said this, there are many options for eating out or take away very close by. Games, books and dvds to keep you entertained for hours if the weather is not good. The deck is great for relaxing or enjoying an evening meal with views to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.
