The Space:
All Day Sunshine and Relaxation has been expertly designed and furnished to provide guests with effortless coastal holiday vibes and functionality. Whether you have young children, teenagers, two families on a getaway, or bring the grandparents on a holiday, the layout will suit kids and adults alike.
Beautifully presented to exude calm and restfulness, this coastal sanctuary covers all of your entertainment and relaxation needs. From the moment you arrive at the white picket fence, the property evokes a soothing, beachy atmosphere. The colour palette and crisp white interiors are complemented by textural elements, artworks and plush furnishings, resulting in luxe comfort that express a stay-at-home attitude of serenity.
The single-storey floorplan provides excellent accessibility and flow. At the front of the house, adjacent to the master bedroom, a cosy living area offers a chaise lounge to curl up with a great book or watch movies (Smart TV with Netflix connectivity). This space has a desk for those that need to work during their stay. The main living room boasts a premium lounge with dual recliners, to please the whole family on movie night (Smart TV with Netflix connectivity). Ducted heating warms every room in the house, and a split system air conditioning unit in the main living room provides further climate control.
Spacious and architecturally designed, the north orientation and sliding doors to the deck seemingly bathe the main living, dining and kitchen in natural light. Dine inside at the 8-seater timber table, or enjoy BBQ’s and outdoor seating under the shade of the pergola. From dawn ‘til dusk, this backyard attracts the sunshine. A well-behaved pet is welcome by request at the time of booking, and subject to House Rules (BYO dog bed, bowl, accessories). A $50 pet fee will be added to your reservation.
Preparing meals in this stunning kitchen will even feel like a holiday, as you overlook the backyard. Well-appointed with a walk-in pantry, quality stainless steel appliances (incl. 900mm oven) and a coffee pod machine (starter pack of pods provided), all cookware and crockery are provided. This home-away-from-home also has a washing machine and clothes dryer in the laundry for guests’ use.
Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests, and all are appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. French doors open to the large master bedroom with a stunning timber King bed, walk-in robe and gorgeous ensuite with twin vanity, shower, heat lamp and toilet. Three additional bedrooms offer another King bed, and two Single bed rooms with trundle beds underneath (please note one is a King Single bed). The family bathroom has a large shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in Torquay, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.
Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza, or head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.
As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops, and 1.6km walk to the beach. Maximum 2 cars per booking. On-street parking is available for 1 car, plus 1 car in the driveway (Garage is locked).
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
