Immaculate Poipu Retreat with Private Pool. Welcome to our pristine vacation home, The Palms at Kiahuna nestled in sunny Poipu on the Kiahuna Golf Course. Accommodates up to 8 guests, including children and infants

Location: Quiet cul-de-sac on the Kiahuna Golf Course, offering tranquil surroundings and beautiful views.
Views: Enjoy spectacular sunsets, golf course vistas, and distant ocean views.
Outdoor Oasis: Private adult pool with a shallow kiddie pool, surrounded by tropical palm trees and lush gardens.
Parking: Driveway parking provided for 2 vehicles only (NO Exceptions). No large gatherings allowed; Registered guests only permitted on the property.

Space: Spacious 2-story layout spanning approximately 3,400 square feet.
Living Areas: Large split-level living area, kitchen, and dining room on the first level, with sliding glass doors leading to the back patio featuring a BBQ grill and swimming pools.
Bedrooms: Four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including a den bedroom connected to the downstairs King room.
Primary Suite: Upper level with a King bed, en-suite tub and shower, private lanai with stunning views, and a convenient office nook.

Great time in Kauai

The house was fantastic. Great location and access to lots of activities and beaches. House is clean and well maintained. The pool is also clean and a great bonus in the afternoons

Home away from home but in paradise

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, lots of room for family and friends, nice pool, gorgeous view, and close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Great kitchen for eating in too. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Paradise is what it is!

The management company did an amazing job with communication and solving two problems quickly. The location was great for quick trips to all parts of the island! The house was super clean and an amazing location. Will stay here again!

Spacious home in a great location with two private pools

This home was perfect for our family of eight. It has four large bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, and two private pools which were ideal for us. It was convenient to access information about the home before and during our stay with the Hospitality Ap provided by the property management company.

Great property for a family vacation with adults and children. Private pool was a plus for the kids. While it was not heated, it did not keep the kids out!! The Property Manager was great and responsive

The house is on a golf course, very nice area. The house itself is beautiful. We are a family of six adults. There was plenty of room for all, and spaces to be quiet to read or relax, but also areas to be together. Lovely pool area, perfect for everyone.

Relaxing retreat

The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 6 adults beautifully! We especially enjoyed the lovely pool area. It was a bit brisk, as it was not heated, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a quiet stay just a short drive from great restaurants and beautiful Poipu Beach. It’s a quiet house away from the ‘hustle and bustle’.

Fantastic Home

We loved our time at this home. The layout is great for multiple families. Plenty of room to spread out or come together and hangout. The outdoor pool area was spacious and the kids loved the double pools. Hours of fun. Beautiful golf course view, quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Wonderful holiday home for a family 😊

The house was exactly as advertised. We are two groups of family…spending Christmas together and this property was perfect in meeting our needs. We were so surprised to have laundry supplies and a few other comforts of home. The location was great for proximity to the airport, to shop, go for groceries. Really to go anywhere on the island is an hour and a half at the most. We would stay here again.

Excellent Family Holiday House

We had three generations of family members for this holiday and this house was perfect for it. Large bedrooms and multiple lounge areas. Large pool and lanai area. Several beach chairs and floats. Would have been great to have better beach umbrellas and a few snorkel sets to use. Other than that, absolute perfection. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!!!!
