This is a newly renovated, 505 sq ft. apartment. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a back patio on the second floor. Fully functional kitchen with all your standard appliances. Plenty of secure, private parking in back. There's a rooftop balcony with great views of Downtown. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE HAVE A 30 DAY MINIMUM

## Access

Guests will have free private parking out back with 24 hour security. Along with access to everything in the home. The day of arrival, guests will be provided with a key code for entry.

## Neighborhood

The property is located in one of the newer named neighborhoods called City Heights. It is tucked in between Sylvan Heights and One City, a multi million dollar development. City Heights is also adjacent to FANG and McKissack Park just seconds away from Fisk, TSU and Vanderbilt Univiersity.
This is a urban and fast changing neighborhood where historic Nashville homes stand side by side with new constructions. Like the Gulch or 12 South, this area once empty is quickly redeveloping. It has pedestrian traffic and people with a wide range of income.

## Transit

The home is centrally located, minutes from the interstate and less than 2 miles to all the popular attractions in Music City. If you're going downtown, I would suggest taking an Uber/Lyft. It's a short $6-8 ride! Save yourself the hassle of finding and paying for parking :)

A/C was set at 60 degrees and humidity was very high, everything was wet and frosted over. We opened both doors for awhile and everything was fine.

West side of Nashville

I stayed here for 4 nights while starting a new job. The commute time to my new office was excellent, and it was a cute spot. I do want to warn anyone who might have light sensitivity that this may not be the spot for them. Or bring a sleep mask. The door to the deck has frosted glass. A ton of light comes through. The front door is also frosted glass and there is an incredibly bright light right outside the door, so the living room area is also super bright. I didn’t feel insecure at all in the unit, there by myself. I also didn’t spend any time outside though. The front gate was supposed to have a lock on it, but did not. The unit was very clean. However there were wet towels sitting in the dryer when I arrived. I hope they were clean because I just ran the dryer, folded and put them away. Overall it was a pretty good spot for me to spend my first week in Nashville.
