## Access
Guests will have free private parking out back with 24 hour security. Along with access to everything in the home. The day of arrival, guests will be provided with a key code for entry.

## Neighborhood
The property is located in one of the newer named neighborhoods called City Heights. It is tucked in between Sylvan Heights and One City, a multi million dollar development. City Heights is also adjacent to FANG and McKissack Park just seconds away from Fisk, TSU and Vanderbilt Univiersity.
This is a urban and fast changing neighborhood where historic Nashville homes stand side by side with new constructions. Like the Gulch or 12 South, this area once empty is quickly redeveloping. It has pedestrian traffic and people with a wide range of income.
## Transit
The home is centrally located, minutes from the interstate and less than 2 miles to all the popular attractions in Music City. If you're going downtown, I would suggest taking an Uber/Lyft. It's a short $6-8 ride! Save yourself the hassle of finding and paying for parking :)
