Perfect for two

My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Nashville. Only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and the place has everything you’ll need. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip.

Christmas vacation

If you are looking for an old house with that old house smell and that old style then this place is perfect. Stairs, lots of tree roots in yard, and uneven flooring so be careful if you are elderly, bad knees or etc. Old house made you feel like you was home and not a hotel. Did catch some porch pirates in the act couple houses down so that was eventful. :)

Short but great trip!

My daughter and I came into town for a short 2 day trip for a concert and rented this 1 bedroom apartment. I could not have been happier with my experience here. The place was very clean, well stocked and had great quality stuff. Seth really does his best to make you feel like you are at home by providing everything you could possibly need while staying at his place. I will definitely look to stay here again on any return trip.
