A few blocks more to shops, bars, breweries, music venues, and 5-10 minutes from downtown music central♫ ♫This is the private upstairs apartment/entire floor, of a 2 story house, so you have everything to yourself(private entrance, kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room. The space sleeps up to 4 people with a standard queen bed for 2, and an available queen air mattress or convertable couch for 2 more in main room. ♫♫ Free off street parking and Everything you need for the trip from bedding, towels, bathroom items, and cookware are provided. I have the best Nashville restaurant, venue, attraction and event guide available for guests♫
♫ 8 minutes to downtown Broadway
♫ 2 minutes to 5 Points district
♫ 15 minutes to Grand Ole Opry
♫ 15 minutes to Nashville Airport
✈ Luggage drop off/delivery usually available, schedule with me ahead for a small fee ✈

Perfect and affordable

We had a great stay here - the property was perfect for us and walkable to many food spots. We enjoyed the backyard immensely in this beautiful weather! The bedroom was quiet and dark - we slept like babies.

Seth's place is in charming East Nashville. It is a convient location for exursions into the the downtown area, though a car or a ride share will be required.

Perfect for two

My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Nashville. Only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and the place has everything you’ll need. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip.

Loved being in East Nash. So much to explore real close to the home, close enough to the party scene of downtown Nash but also far enough away to get away from it.

Short but great trip!

My daughter and I came into town for a short 2 day trip for a concert and rented this 1 bedroom apartment. I could not have been happier with my experience here. The place was very clean, well stocked and had great quality stuff. Seth really does his best to make you feel like you are at home by providing everything you could possibly need while staying at his place. I will definitely look to stay here again on any return trip.

Great stay!

Seth is very communicative and detailed in his instructions. Easy check-out as well. Space is clean and comfortable. Loads of pillows and blankets available to make people comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Location is fantastic to reach downtown quickly. Edley's is close which was great for getting some good BBQ.

Suggested improvements

An elongated toilet would be welcomed by any man. Just saying. TP on a stand would be easier for everyone. I moved a table to the wall at the foot of the bed. There is an outlet there, and I was able to set up my chargers for my devices very conveniently. A small lamp in the TV area with a dimmer would be great, and perhaps a floor lamp with a dimmer or 3 way bulb in the dining area/entry would also be nice. Location was perfect, and I appreciated being able to park off the street.

Easy check-in. Spotless inside I loved the smell or the fresh smell of just being cleaned. Plenty amenities if you wanted to cook a meal. Plenty of bedding and blankets and towels. Also close access to all the restaurants bars and shopping.
