This charming, tranquil, beachy 1 bedroom,1 bath, first floor canal front condo is located in the desirable community of Hidden Harbour, next to Northside Park.
Relax on the gated corner deck overlooking the tranquil canal, where you can step down directly to the dock or simply enjoy the view of the sunset and seasonal fireworks. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, Free WIFI, flat screen TV with cable, radio and DVR with a large selection of movies. The bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds and flat screen TV. Additional amenities include a stacked washer/dryer beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach & pool toys, and board games to break out during quiet nights at home. Here at Hidden Harbour, the beautiful ocean beach is just three blocks east. You'll be a matter of steps from the community's outdoor swimming pool and within walking distance of 58-acre Northside Park (which has walking & bike paths, playgrounds, piers, several ball fields, and events throughout the year), Dumser's Dairyland, Starbucks, and variety of restaurants, eateries, bars, shops, and sources of entertainment along this northern end of Coastal Highway
This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall. No pets , No smoking or vaping. Rents to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

Love the property and location. However, the check-in/out location was not convenient , and we never received the vouchers I selected when booking. The condo location is at 125th street and the the check-in/out office was at 34th street, felt like a needless battle of traffic just to check-in. Other years we were able to check-in/out at a much closer location.

Cigarette smoke odor

I love this unit and this was the 4th year that I rented it. Unfortunately, this year I had to rate the cleanliness and online accuracy as low because of the strong odor of cigarette smoke that lingered all week it was also obvious that someone tried to heavily perfume it. The unit is advertised as non-smoking and this was NOT acceptable. I called the management and basically was told sorry for the inconvenience. No one came to check. I wanted non smoking for a reason and this was a big disappointment. I really should get a refund.

another year in OC

this was a lovely unit. my husband and i vacation in OC every year the week of July 22. His birthday week. and i must say this was one of the better unit we stay in, in our 17 years coming to OC. the pool right out the front door. the unit was spotless and had felling of home. Hope to get the same unit next year.
