Equipped for time together – there's the well-stocked kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with Wood Burning fireplace, smart TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the home also offers room for everyone: two full bedrooms, and 2 full baths, not to mention the views! We offer fast Internet speed and cable.
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Marina Place is just a free shuttle ride (half a block away) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Parking: assigned tandem spaces for 2 vehicles. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed.
This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Beautiful views of Tenderfoot Mountain and Ten Mile Range. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
