Great Ski Stay

We had a long ski weekend and this property was fantastic! Easy to get in and out, convenient and close to the Steamboat Resort. Parking was convenient and the property was quiet and well kept. Definitely recommend!

An “80’s” vintage townhome that was spotlessly clean. Conveniently located close to the resort, it was acceptably comfortable. A good value for it’s Steamboat location.

We enjoyed our time in Steamboat and at this condo. It was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. We needed to buy foam pillows while there but that’s just bc we prefer those over feather pillows. The master bedroom bed was comfortable though! It was perfect for a short quick stay!

Great little spot for smaller groups that is a mile from the gondola and 3 miles from town. Highly recommend if skiing for the weekend. House had all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay.

Just what we needed!

This place was great! Awesome location close to the bus stop where you can hop on and get a ride right to the ski hill! There was plenty of blankets and a fireplace to stay nice and cozy! I would highly recommend staying here! The host/guest contact was also very responsive to any questions.

Older property that met our needs of a place to touch down, sleep, and shower while we were exploring Steamboat as a family. Our major issue is that our son was bitten by bed bugs during our stay despite the owner telling us it “should have been” treated since a previous guest also reported bed bugs. The bites did not show up until after we checked out, and vrbo did not handle this well, nor do we know if the property manager will do anything about it. We did not know there had previously been bed bugs as another guest’s review was published after we had booked our stay. Would not recommend since it sounds like they had treated for bed bugs with a pesticide, which our research into ensuring we didn’t bring them home with us stated pesticides are ineffective at getting rid of them.

Good location, but some frustrations.

The place was clean, and a quick distance to skiing. There was frustration when down stairs bathroom had no power. To use the restroom you had to leave the door open in order to see. The stairwell light didn’t work, nor did the closet lights upstairs. The fan upstairs is missing a blade, which meant it wasn’t operational. I tried to do some laundry and the dryer wouldn’t work. Vrbo’s response time was awful, and when I contacted the property manager (owner) and told her what was happening her response was “ I really don’t know what to tell you, as you can see they are new” and suggested I hang dry everything. I didn’t feel like there was much care in her response. I had to put my wet laundry in trash bags to fly home, which obviously made my luggage heavier and overweight. This requiring me to pay more. All seem like small things except when you pay that kind of money you expect things to work properly.
