Coastal Reserve Views Papamoa - 100m to the beach

Summary:
This gorgeously decorated holiday home is across the road from Papamoa beach. With the bonus of a swimming pool and two spacious decks on both levels, this makes for the perfect holiday. You'll enjoy the ocean views from the top level designer kitchen which is the hub of the home where family can come together around the large central table and enjoy the ocean breeze and views.

The Space:
Set over two levels, the living/ dining area is upstairs and the lounge able to be shut off for a separate space. The master bedoom and second bathroom is also upstairs.The lower level hosts the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom, one of the bedrooms with double doors opening up to delightful pool area. There is another TV nook and laundry on the groundfloor level as well.

Other Things to Note:
There is an additional loft bed in the bunk room. This space is suitable for a child only so please enquire if you wish to use the loft bed.

Baby equipment hire -
We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.

Equipment incur a hire-age fee and need to be requested and confirmed.

Great holiday

We had a nice family holiday. The pool is why we stayed there but they had some issues with it before our arrival. The local property manager was fantastic, she kept me informed and got the issue solved just in time for our stay. Thanks again!

Honeymoon Stop

Awesome house just a quick walk across the street to beach. Although it rained one day we were there, we enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and just hanging out. Laundry was a plus.

Beautiful Bach with easy accessibility to the beach.

Host ‘De’arne’ was very nice and kind. 😊Replied to our queries on time and gave us all the necessary instructions. The house altogether has everything you might need and has a small pool to jump into to relax. Views from the house are lovely. There are restaurants around within the proximity of 1-3 Kms , we were able to get the food delivered on time to this place. Wonderful stay! Wonderful host!❤️❤️❤️ It’s good to visit during summers or even winters but not when it’s raining all time which ruins almost everything 😣
