The Jacaranda Noosa complex is in a superb Hastings St central location, with only a short walk across the road to the beautiful Noosa Main Beach Laguna Bay and all the Hastings St shops and restaurants at your fingertips. Unit 12 Jacaranda is a top floor Noosa holiday unit with full Noosa River waterfront views, and offers water access along the river boardwalk for all your boating desires. Jacaranda has undergone a full renovation, with a lovely private swimming pool area.
Unit 12 is accessed via stairs (no lift) and features reverse cycle air-conditioning with an open plan living with quality furnishings including a lounge, LCD TV, free wi-fi access, ceiling fans and full length windows to capture fantastic Noosa river view from its balcony. The unit has a gourmet kitchen provided with 2 x USB ports, Miele oven, Bosch & AEG appliances, and a dishwasher. It has full private laundry facilities with front loader washing machine & dryer. The balcony has a dining table and a sun-lounge for enjoying a late afternoon Noosa cocktail.
The main bedroom overlooks the river with a queen bed, bedside tables, and a ceiling fan and ensuite. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a king single bed with flat screen 55” TV with a private bathroom in the hallway with a tub, shower and toilet.
Other features include a communal BBQ area and new heated tropical in-ground swimming pool, plus one allocated undercover car parking for Unit 12. (Please note small cars recommended due to the size of the car park in the building). The private jetty is available for guests (subject to availability for a $50 daily fee. Payments are to be made directly with Jacaranda Noosa Reception.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. to get you through your first night. Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

Great view from balcony of the river and up to Mt Timbeerwah. Good size apartment for 2 adults + 2 children. Location great for Hastings street restaurants. Would recommend.
