This is a fantastic location in Sedona - within a short walking distance to slick rock to go watch the sunset - you can even cross the river and walk all the way up to Cathedral Rock without having to drive/park anywhere. Excellent hosts - the apartment has everything you need!

The views were incredible, the place was extremely comfortable and inviting. But most importantly, Tonya and Lars were by far the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Informative and friendly, and they made are stay A
We really enjoyed the location, great views, and open floor plan of the house. It was wonderful to hike from the house to major views of Cathedral Peak, and to see Thunder Mountain from the kitchen and front porch. Tanya and Lars are very friendly and responsive on-property hosts. A great getaway!

From the owner: "We were so happy to host you! Thanks so much for the review! Come back again!"
The house was perfect for our family retreat. We were welcome with our 2 four legged children ( 4 y/o golden retrievers) and our adult son and girlfriend. The location was very convenient for hiking as well as going into Sedona to restaurants and stores. Relaxing out on the covered porch, enjoying the views was exactly what I was looking for after a day of hiking. It was a quite, peaceful oasis and the owners were wonderful.

I couldn’t ask for better. I brought my ECA and the host were very welcoming and accepting. I’ve never stayed on property where the owner was also housed. The host were helpful but not intrusive. It felt very healing!
We had a fantastic stay here. This rental is as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning. The easy hike right from our place to Slick Rock was a highlight of our stay, We had panoramic view of Cathedral and access to the trails from there. Everything was perfect. They allow pets so we had our daughter bring her fur baby to stay with us. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Experience
This was a positive experience from start to finish. The hosts were delightful, the house was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, and everything worked flawlessly. The two of us and our two dogs had an absolutely great time.
We recommend this property and hosts to anyone who is looking for a great place to relax while being minutes away from restaurants, shops, and everything else that magical Sedona has to offer!

Beautiful Location
We were visiting from Alaska. We are used to spectacular views. We were very impressed with the view from this rental. Ballon’s over the mountain in the morning, the 180 degree mountain landscape. Mostly we loved being able to walk right from the unit to Slick Rock overlook. Great view of Cathedral.
The house was as advertised. Spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

From the owner: "Cannot wait to have you back!!! Thank you so much for the review!".
Lars and Tonya were fantastic and so helpful, but completely unobtrusive. The property is exactly as described. So relaxing and perfect after busy days of hiking. We loved the location more than we thought we would, with great trails close by and a super quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. Be sure to use the path by the house to see the sunset at Secret Sliprock Trail. A five minute walk, just spectacular. Thank you again to Tonya and Lars for sharing their home and their passion for Sedona.
The process was effortless. The owners were so gracious and kind. The rental is exactly as described. It’s comfortable and clean and beautifully appointed with no clutter. The house is in a stunning location. I’ll bee back. 🐝

Clean and a great location for local hiking trails
You can hit the trail right from the house and find your way to Oak Creek, the old water mill and Cresent moon picnic area. There are trails everywhere. The home has a fabulous view, a fireplace and some fun games. No t.v. or dressers. Plan to work out of your suitcase or hang your clothes in the closets. Learn to play "Unearth". Appears complicated but after one game we figured it out. Great place to relax and unplug from the world.

AWW! Thanks, Meg! You were such great guests! Thanks for coming to unplug and enjoy Sedona. We just added more games and will add some storage to the bedrooms! Thanks for the suggestions. Hope to see you again!!
This house is absolutely beautiful.Tonya the owner, lives underneath the rental property and is very proactive and a great communicator. The home is nestled in the hills of Sidonia end of view from the front porch and the rear deck are beautiful. The only miner glitch, as least for us, is there was no TV on the premises. There is plenty to see in Sedona soul for most I’m sure this won’t be an issue. But we arrived in a rainy Saturday and we’re pretty much kept inside by the weather. It was a Saturday and we are sports fans so we thought at least we could watch a college football game. The listing is true to the fact that it does not list a TV. We stayed at four other VRBO‘s during our journeys around Arizona and they did not list TVs either but they had them. In 2022 I didn’t think a TV would need to be listed as an Amenity
We had a great time, the property was great, view unbreatable, and friendly hosts. Thank you!

Wonderful home
Lovely private residence, wonderful hosts, great location. The hosts provided excellent directions, instructions and amenities. The home was spotless and comfortable. The location away from town and close to Red Rock State Park was perfect. A perfect experience. We also loved that it was an ecologically friendly experience.

This was our very first VRBO and it was amazing! I was thinking the pictures would be better than the property, but I was pleasantly surprised. The view was incredible from every window and we could easily walk to many hiking trails from the property- just what we were looking for!
