House sleeps six and includes Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds. All bedding, sheets and linens are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, oven, stove top, coffee maker, full pots and pans with eating counter and dining area. House has Smart TV with cable and Netflix, high speed internet, full sized washer and dryer, central AC and backyard with charcoal BBQ grill and spectacular sunsets. Front deck with some of the best views in Sedona. Great for hiking, golfing, biking and relaxing. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking.

Sedona stay

Property was nice and clean. Location was great to get to hiking trails. View from front deck is fantastic! The driveway, as others have said, is very steep. A low car, like our rental, is best parked on the street. There is a pull off area across the street directly across from property. Kitchen could use a few covered containers to use in the microwave. The garbage is picked up early on Monday. I would have liked to see more yard maintenance since the house is in a nice neighborhood. Food recommendations- don’t miss Sedonuts! Beware, they sell out! Golden Goose was very good. It’s a short walk and I recommend reservations. For Mexican food Tortas de Fuego- small, busy, good selection, very good flan.

Love this place!

As the other reviewers said, this house has the best view in Sedona! It is heavenly just sitting in the living room looking out. The house was perfect for our needs. The interior is clean and bright. The furniture and beds are comfy. The driveway is scary steep but we were able to get up and down okay even in the snow. One suggestion is to provide a boot tray or extra large mat at the interior of the front door for shoes. We kept making a mess with the snow and red mud when we came inside each time with our five pairs of shoes. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sedona.

Awesome home

While we were there for a short stay, this home more than met our needs. It’s in a great location with a magnificent view. The master bed mattress was really comfortable. We loved our stay and would 10/10 rent this home again.

Great property… great location… nerve wracking driveway

This house was great for a girls trip. I personally would recommend parking on the street but the people I was with wouldn’t. It was very nerve inducing in a low profile rental car… but that’s the only complaint.
