Fantastic views of Capitol Butte and Coffee Pot Rock right out your front door! Living room has leather couch and two leather recliners. House sleeps six and includes Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds. All bedding, sheets and linens are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, oven, stove top, coffee maker, full pots and pans with eating counter and dining area. House has Smart TV with cable and Netflix, high speed internet, full sized washer and dryer, central AC and backyard with charcoal BBQ grill and spectacular sunsets. Front deck with some of the best views in Sedona. Great for hiking, golfing, biking and relaxing. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking.

Wonderful stay with beautiful views from the front porch. We used this house as a middle ground between Jerome and Flag for the Cocodona race week. My crew was able to do laundry, catch a nap and be extremely comfortable in this extremely clean home. Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, etc. and the beds were very comfy. Definitely recommend! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This rental is in a great location within a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view. The home is cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The home is well stocked with some pantry staples, coffee, and extra towels if needed. The host was kind and communicated well. Others have commented on the steep drive and that's no joke! We ended up parking on the street at the bottom (which was fine). But the steep drive is what gives this house a spectacular view from the porch and living room of Capitol Butte. We saw the colors change at sunset right from our living room! Rooms were spacious and furniture comfortable. Plenty of linens and pillows and cookware. Would highly recommend! 10 minute walk to food or public transport (Verde Shuttle) if needed. Quiet neighborhood.

This was a great house in a fabulous location. The view from the front deck is stunning. The house was very well stocked with all the essentials. Hiking trails within walking distance.Be careful of the one section of the front deck that needs to be repaired. The showers are quite slippery. But these things did not ruin our vacation.

We had enough linens and kitchen gear. The coffee Keurig maker did not work as it needed descaling. The towel rack needed to be repaired to be properly secured to the wall. Overall, great views! .
