Fantastic views of Capitol Butte and Coffee Pot Rock right out your front door! Living room has leather couch and two leather recliners. House sleeps six and includes Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds. All bedding, sheets and linens are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, oven, stove top, coffee maker, full pots and pans with eating counter and dining area. House has Smart TV with cable and Netflix, high speed internet, full sized washer and dryer, central AC and backyard with charcoal BBQ grill and spectacular sunsets. Front deck with some of the best views in Sedona. Great for hiking, golfing, biking and relaxing. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking.

This was a great house in a fabulous location. The view from the front deck is stunning. The house was very well stocked with all the essentials. Hiking trails within walking distance.Be careful of the one section of the front deck that needs to be repaired. The showers are quite slippery. But these things did not ruin our vacation.

We had enough linens and kitchen gear. The coffee Keurig maker did not work as it needed descaling. The towel rack needed to be repaired to be properly secured to the wall. Overall, great views! .

The house was adequate. Good area. The driveway is quite steep and not much fun to navigate. We did see a rather bold mouse that felt comfortable enough showing itself and just hanging out in the kitchen with regular frequency. We alerted the homeowner who mentioned sending a handyman to set traps, however I can't confirm that happened because I never received a notice from the handyman or the homeowner that someone would be coming to the house. Additionally, I didn't see any traps set when we returned home. The view from the living room is as advertised, it's stunning.

Beautiful views of Sedona

No complaints about the accommodations, but the best feature by far is the view from the front porch and living room window. Beautiful sunsets and peaceful place to enjoy the sunrise and listen to the birds. Easy walk to good hiking. Convenient to many restaurants and not far to shops. Highly recommend.

House has an amazing view and a nice big deck to enjoy that view. House was clean and in the perfect location for us to drive to all the places we wanted to see on our vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly.

Stunning View

This home is conveniently located in Sedona with a stunning view! The interior of the home is as pictured on the website. The biggest reason why I said good rather than excellent is the driveway. The driveway is very steep and we had difficulty maneuvering it. We found backing in to be better than pulling in. Also, the lighting in the house was rather dim. We enjoyed our stay but had to overcome a fear of the driveway.

West Sedona Home with an incredible view

This was an excellent place to stay! Easy to find. Close to hiking trails - Tea Cup trail was amazing! Restaurants, Grocery stores nearby. We popped over to the Sedona Community pool one afternoon - what a delight! We took a day trip to Jerome and Cottonwood. Spent another day on hiking Courthouse/Bell Rock Loop and went to see the Chapel of the Cross. It was a wonderful place to stay. A big thanks to our host!

Please read why... I really feel bad about giving this location 3 stars because its truly a good value, great location, and an AMAZING view. A 5 star stay, in my mind, is one where I am really "WOWed" by the property and amenities, 4 is Great, and 3 is good enough. Property is very conveniently located, has a great view, was priced fairly, and was a comfortable stay, but it could use a few things to bring it up to a 4 star stay. Again, it was a comfortable home base and a good value! The driveway was not an issue for us at all in our mid sized SUV. If low clearance, just cut the wheel to approach/leave at an angle at the bottom of driveway.The home does not allow pets, but when we arrived there was a very strong cat odor. (I love cats, please don't be upset with the cat). We opened all the windows for a few hours and I placed dryer sheets in each room to mask the smell, which worked really well and I didn't notice the smell again until it was time to leave and we removed all the dryer sheets.While the house was tidy, and "clean enough" to be comfortable, I'd compare it to a hotel stay in a high - traffic hotel. The bedding and surfaces are clean, but it really needs a deep cleaning. The blinds were dirty, there was grime on the doors, the bedding had a big stain (but it was clean), etc. The fireplace is not usable, while not a big deal... I was excited to see the place had a fireplace in the pics. The pots/pans were pretty beat up. Could use a few upgrades.

This is really a 4.5 place, not 4

So much about the place is perfect: clean, beautiful views; location is super convenient; the kitchen and dining room is comfortable and suitable for real meal preparation and consumption; the beds are comfortable; the hot water plentiful; etc. etc. it was missing some routine furnishing amenities That made it less than a clear 5. I will be communicating those directly to Roberr however. Know that this is a very good place to stay in Sedona just not outstanding.

Hotel Snob

I’m very picky about places I stay and this one was right on. Nice neighborhood close to everything but a little outside of all the traffic and congestion. Great views out of the family room windows and off the front porch. The pics on line don’t do the view justice. Enough room for my family if 4. Great price for what we got. Would recommend staying and would come back if I get the chance.

Sedona stay

Property was nice and clean. Location was great to get to hiking trails. View from front deck is fantastic! The driveway, as others have said, is very steep. A low car, like our rental, is best parked on the street. There is a pull off area across the street directly across from property. Kitchen could use a few covered containers to use in the microwave. The garbage is picked up early on Monday. I would have liked to see more yard maintenance since the house is in a nice neighborhood. Food recommendations- don’t miss Sedonuts! Beware, they sell out! Golden Goose was very good. It’s a short walk and I recommend reservations. For Mexican food Tortas de Fuego- small, busy, good selection, very good flan.

Great location- treacherous driveway

The house is in a great location with incredible views! Other reviews did not exaggerate about the driveway. Amenities could use a little updating but beds have varied levels of firmness so could accommodate various needs.

Two couples stayed for a week! Great little house with a GREAT view!! Very clean, close to everything you want to see in Sedona! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Sedona area!!

What a View!

This was perfectly located for what we wanted to do and the view from the front deck was spectacular. If you are up with the sun you are able to watch hot air balloons take flight and enjoy the sunrise. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even BBQ’d one night (charcoal grill). Being able to do laundry was helpful too. Lovely neighborhood and house manual was full of useful information.Highly recommend the Visitor’s Center for suggestions and ideas of what Sedona has to offer. Very helpful and pleasant staff there.We hope to return!

We saw beauty everyday

Sedona has amazing views all around and we saw them from sun up to sundown from the windows and deck. Everything we needed was there in the house. When we had something come up and called the owner he responded right away. We would return!
