This home shares access to a semi-private soundside dock, perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboarding, fishing and crabbing. Guests also have access to Monteray Shores community amenities, including a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, clubhouse and boat launch. The nearby beach access at Bonito Street is a short walk away and also provides public parking.
