A private entrance provides a wonderful sense of arrival to this Portsea beach house close to Shelley Beach, Point King Beach, Sorrento Golf Course and walking distance to Sorrento Township.
An alfresco area provides the best vantage point for outdoor entertaining while overlooking the sporting action on centre court.
Features Include Four bedrooms, two living areas, open plan kitchen / dining. Solar heated pool - spa has water jets and is only solar heated.
Air Conditioning in the main living area, sweep fan in the master bedroom. WIFi plus 2 x Smart tv's
please note the garage is not available for guests
4th bedroom and third bathroom is in studio, close to the main house, please see floorplan
