We are conveniently located between Kaanapali and Kapalua on Maui’s world famous west coast. Kahana Villa is across the street from Pohaku Beach (S-Turns Park) with white sand and where turtles frequent. You can watch whales from the lanai and master bedroom! All rooms are air conditioned.

Big family friendly

We braved Hawaii with all our teenagers and this place was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping and cooking and close to the beach. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Hosts were amazing

My family of 7 stayed at the condo and it was amazing. From the time I booked to the time I checked out, the hosts were responsive and answered all of my questions despite how annoying my questions were. The condo had every amenities possible….(air mattress, beach chairs, beach toys, an abundance amount of pillows and blankets to choose from). I will book this place again in a heartbeat!

Hawaii Family Vacation

From the time I booked out families vacation, the homeowners were super communicative, helpful and friendly! Right before our trip, they emailed me a very detailed email with instructions about the property, directions to the property and recommendations of places to go/eat! The property and location did. It disappoint. It was stocked with more than I expected and more. Beautiful with a great view and very clean. I couldn’t be happier our stay and would definitely book with Vrbo and at this property again.

Great townhome at a great value

We love the Napili area because it is quiet but close to Lahaina and some amazing snorkeling spots so we looked for an affordable place that could host a family and we got a gem! Very few listings can support a family of up to 8 and if it could it would be super pricey. However this home had it all: location, condition and price. It's located right across the street from a neighborhood beach and a 2 minute ride to the famous Napili beach for sand & snorkeling. The home was fancy and comfy at the same time. The price for us was better than 9 out 10 other options. The hosts were friendly & responsive. Thanks for everything!

Plenty of room for our family of 7

We had a great time in Maui and really enjoyed this condo. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Washer and dryer definitely came handy with all the wet beach clothes. Beach chairs and cooler were also nice to have. Easy check in and great communication with the host.

Maui experience

My understanding is that we were among the owner's first renters, and this meant we experienced a check-in glitch that no other guests will likely have to deal with . The owner was very responsive with communication in general. The spaces were sufficient; they will benefit from additional cosmetic renovations. The newly remodeled bathrooms are a good start. The location worked well for us. We loved the easy access to the beach across the street and made sure to enjoy the pool and hot tub, as well. Other nearby amenities such as sushi, Napili Market, and Napili Farmer's Market, made for an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic place to stay and play!

This was the ideal place for our family of 5 to stay and play! Loved that our 3 teenagers got their own queen sized bed and that my husband and I had a king sized bed and a separate bedroom and bathroom from the kids. Kitchen setup was nice and worked well for us since we have special dietary needs. We loved the proximity to so many beaches. There is a great beach across the street! Kids loved using the bodyboards. We used shuttle/ taxi service to and from the airports and got around on the bus. It was super easy to get around and the bus stops were very nearby. Great place to stay!

Maui Magic

Great property, Jason was easy to work with and ensured we had a great stay. Top floor was great for sunset…small beach across the street. Location met our families needs. We were able to cook a few nights…and hit the town the others in Lahaina. Great host!!!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Maui the first time we visited. Our home is located right across from a beautiful sandy beach (Pohaku Park) that is a local fav surfing and fishing spot. We found Kahana Villa so well situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua, as well as having a less touristy vibe. The property is a combination of short term rentals and owners, so would appreciate you treat this property like your own.

What makes this property unique

Incredible ocean views from master and lanai. The unit has AC, and the trade winds are really refreshing! Our home has been recently renovated with brand new engineered flooring on the 2nd level. Maui is a golfer's paradise and we are right in between Kapalua and Ka'anapali golf courses!
