This beautiful property is only a 10 minute walk to the shops, hotels and cafes in Mallacoota town centre.
Featuring three large bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, you can comfortably sleep 6 people or a large family.

To the rear of the property there is a private and well fenced back yard. There is a large, outdoor entertaining area complete with a bar area that opens up to the kitchen window for ease of serving. This property also provides an office area - for those of you who are looking for a 'working' holiday.

There is a large lounge room, also offering a saloon style bar area - opening up on to the outdoor entertaining area. The top level consists of the main bedroom, ensuite and also a secondary, private outdoor balcony - offering stunning Ocean and lake views

There is room for two car parking in the concrete driveway, and then additional room on street for car and boat parking.

***Guests do not have access to the garage or shed to the rear of the property.

Perfect stay

Absolutely loved our three nights at this property. The furniture is a bit quirky however the property has literally everything you would need. It was very clean and the check in process was very easy. The views from the deck and top balcony are gorgeous. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street of Mallacoota.

Stunning views

We absolutely loved this place. The views of the lake from the huge deck off the kitchen are just beautiful, and there is a second upper deck off the master bedroom which is even more breathtaking. It it conveniently located a short drive or pleasant walk from town. It's up a hill which is a little tricky to navigate with a pram, but once you're down a path takes you into town along the road, or go the other way to a fabulous walking/cycling path along the lake with purpose built fishing spots. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need plus a fabulous oven. Our kids loved the spa bath (which has views of the huge TV!) Plus there a is a big lawn out the back and a BBQ on the deck. The place was spotless when we arrived and has been really well maintained. We had the most wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

Very relaxing

The house is great, so much room and places to relax. Absolutely amazing views and it had everything we needed. We loved our BBQ breakfasts and dinners on the deck looking out at the lake. Only down side was squeaky beds (so we put single mattresses onto the floor) and extremely hot upstairs in the main bedroom during Summer. There were plenty of fans though and this did not effect our stay, I would still stay there again.
