Built in October 2021, this newer 3rd-floor condo offers modern comfort in the heart of Clearwater Beach — just steps from the soft white sand and sparkling Gulf waters!

You must check in at the Avalon front desk. Daily room refreshing is included, but you must request it directly through the front desk.

Booking & Policies

One guest must be 25+
Only documented service animals permitted (no emotional support animals)
If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer must be added to the reservation and must e-sign the rental agreement

Check-in after 4PM (early check-in may be offered the morning of arrival for $50 if available)
No mail delivery permitted

Rates on open dates are subject to change.

We maintain a strict 60-day no refund/cancellation policy, including for weather, hurricanes (June 1–Nov 30), red tide, cold pool water, health issues, flight cancellations, or amenity closures (beaches, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, roads, shops, etc.). Date changes, if approved, incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference. No rain checks or compensation will be offered.

Travel insurance — especially “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage — is strongly recommended.

Great Location and very clean

We had an easy check in process, helpful front desk staff. Great communication with staff and follow up. Easy to walk to restaurants on the beach! Comfy beds and pleasantly surprised by the nice memory foam pillows which helps me sleep and not get neck aches . Would come again for vacation!

Right on the beach, just walking through their very small parking lot. The apartment, itself, was immaculate. The front desk, maintenance and cleaning staffs were nice, efficient and very responsive ! Loved our stay. Definitely would book this apartment again !

Steps from the beach

This lovely spacious VRBO was very close to the beach and near everything including restaurants and fishing. We had a great time and the VRBO was beautiful.

Great place to stay. Out the door and short 15 steps and you’re in the white sand. Loved the chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use. Friendly staff and very clean.
