Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
You will have access to the entire townhouse.

Avondale Stay
The experience at Avondale was great!! The host made himself readily available!! The house was clean and fully stocked with cleaning supplies! I would stay at the Avondale property again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable space!
