You'll be in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront. You'll be 0.2 miles to the Avondale district including Southern Grounds coffee, 2 miles to Riverside, and 15 minutes to Jaguars Stadium. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. We provide you a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite spots.

The Space:
Renovated by a local interior designer, you will appreciate every detail. This home is the bottom unit of a duplex with a separate, private entrance. The home is complete with all the cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, fast WIFI, and a record player with classic records for your enjoyment.

The newly renovated bathroom has towels provided for each guest as well as soap, shampoo / conditioner and a blow dryer.

The unit also has a Washer and Dryer for your use.

This fabulously decorated home was perfect. Blocks from cute downtown Avondale and the St. John's River. A perfect place to stay if you are visiting Jacksonville! I didn't want to leave!

Comfortable Apartment

We enjoyed staying at your beautifully decorated apartment in the quaint Avondale neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s stay. Such a great location! We were able to walk down to the river as well as walk to the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Sweet spot in beautiful Avondale

This property was the perfect home and location for my mom and I to celebrate her birthday in the Riverside Avondale historic areas for Luminaria 2023. Even though the event got rained out we still enjoyed our stay so much. The home was impeccably clean, very nicely decorated, comfortable and in a beautiful, safe area of Avondale. Convenient to walking to all the shops and great restaurants also! We will definitely book this home again!
