- The community pools are part of the Neal and Betty Grubaugh Center, which is located 2 blocks from the property. Guests must purchase pool passes for $3 per person per day. There is also an indoor pool at the Ozark Community Center nearby, which requires the purchase of a daily pass. It is $8 per adult, $6 per child, or $20 for a family pass. Both pools are only available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day
