This well maintained 80's styles duplex offers its guests a comfortable, private and well-located base for your island adventures. With a fully fenced secure yard we welcome you to being your dog. Pets are allowed inside on the lower tiled living areas (not on the carpeted upstairs areas please).
There is an open plan living and dining area that flow out to the front outdoor undercover area and yard. The kitchen is a great sized and well equipped with direct access to the back undercover courtyard with a table and chairs setting and a BBQ. There is an internal laundry with second toilet and direct access to the property via the single lock up garage. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have private access to the balcony, ceiling fans and built-in robes.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
