PLEASE NOTE: There are currently building works taking place at the neighbouring property. Works generally occur between Monday to Saturday, 7 am–4 pm , and noise levels may vary throughout the day (including drilling, hammering, and construction equipment). While this does not directly affect the interior of our home, guests may experience intermittent noise during their stay.
This home sits high up on the hill side, overlooking the spectacular waves of Bronte Beach and the tree tops. Private, peaceful and calm, its Easterly aspect shields from the winds of the open sea. It's perfect all year round to enjoy the indoor/outdoor living spaces.
As you enter the home from the street, stairs will lead you to the front door. Three newly refurbished rooms and two bathroom's occupy downstairs. There is also a third powder room/ toilet conveniently located upstairs as well.
The Master bedroom has an oceanview, walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite and the second bedroom facing the ocean has a king size bed that can also be converted into two singles. The third bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and plenty of wardrobe space with a large window. Both bathrooms have rainfall shower heads and look out onto lush greenery from outside. A complete private, tropical experience.
Up the spiral staircase you will enter the main living/ dining and kitchen area. All open plan for a seamless flow from the balcony/deck to the gourmet kitchen. The perfect space to enjoy with your whole family, eating, laughing and creating memories.
This Sydney residence is one-of-a-kind and a truely amazing location and home to experience. We are lucky to be able to share it with you and hope that you can enjoy it just as much as the owners have.
Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in.
Bronte Beach is a kilometre down the east coast from Bondi Beach and is a popular spot for locals. You will find local traffic passing by only and a great sense of friendly Australian culture.
The Bondi to Bronte coastal tract is also a fabulous draw point to the area, where tourists and locals hit the walking paths.

We absolutely adored this house! It is incredible! The house is beautiful, the rooms are great, the bathrooms are great, the location is unbeatable. The parking spot is TINY but doable & I would have appreciated a/c units, but it was totally worth it. Love, love, love this place- would definitely stay again!

Misrepresented - Living on a building site
Whilst the property and location are good, the property next door, which is within touching distance is a live building site and has been for over 2 years. The disruption to our stay has been horrendous. The property manager was always available but could do little to help. The property owners returned for our last week and started their own project with walkway improvements directly and intrusively outside the bedroom our daughter was using.
Issues include:
Invasion of privacy
Excessive noise all day long
Constant blocking of car park access and egress, several times a day
Stench of cigarette smoke from builders
Stench from garden compost, dung deliveries, tonnes of the stuff
Builders radio blasting all day long most days
Property overrun with cockroaches
Had we been informed when booking about the building site it is highly likely we would not have booked. Soundproofing is non existent in these houses and the builders were totally inconsiderate.
Probably the worst rental experience we have ever had. This place should not be let out until all these issues are resolved and as an absolute minimum it should be stated in the property description.
Very disappointed.
