Welcome to Blairgowrie Retreat. This freshly renovated, light and bright holiday house is in the heart of Blairgowrie, it's the perfect base to explore all this awesome area has to offer. Privately tucked away with a huge elevated upper deck, the perfect spot to savour the breezes and enjoy the treed outlook. The house is an easy 15 minute or 1km walk to the front beach and has easy access to the back surf beach.
Wood fireplace for cosy winter weekends away. Air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round.

Downstairs we have three gorgeous bedrooms and two bathrooms
Bedroom one. Master with king bed, ensuite and air conditioning plus smart TV

Bedroom three. Double bunk with single above and single mattress
There is a family bathroom on this level with a bath

Upstairs
The light and bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Indoor and out door dining for eight people.
The living area is air conditioned and has a wood fireplace to ensure your comfort all year round.
There is a powder room with toilet and basin
Smart TV
Large decked balcony area with large out door table and barbeque. This has a gate so can be enclosed.

The house is perfect for one to two families to stay. Landscaped back yard with decked area including outdoor dining and sun loungers. The property is fully fenced for families.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

If you are unsure about any of the below policies or have any questions we would appreciate it if you send us a message and do not use the instant book function.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

We do not allow Bucks, Hens parties or end of High School Getaways, Schoolies.

Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

Beautifully decorated, well appointed beach home. The house was very clean and uncluttered with all you need to unwind.In a sought out part of Blairgowrie that is within walking distance to the shops and the front beach. We all enjoyed a lovely getaway.
