PLEASE NOTE:
Guests are very welcome to bring their own linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bath towels. Alternatively, a high quality linen package (linen, with beds made up and bath towels) can be supplied for $25 per person. Fitted doona covers, pillow protectors, tea and hand towels are provided. Please confirm linen and towels intentions on booking. (For bookings of 7 nights or more, linen and bath towels are provided at no charge). A toddler's high-chair and portable cot can be provided at no charge.

If you plan on going for a swim, please bring your own beach towels or these can be provided at $5 per person. Please confirm at booking.

Sorry no pets and no smoking in the house.

Not available for schoolies events, gatherings or parties.

No separate cleaning fee applies but the house must be left clean and tidy on departure. For excess cleaning, a $50/hr cleaning charge applies and will be deducted from the refundable damage deposit.
