half a mile from the North Side Park that has many activities. This beautiful, bright and airy one bedroom one bath condo features direct oceanfront views with a large private balcony. Sails II 202 is on the second floor, so feel free to take the stairs. The second floor location also gives you a great view. Central air, washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car and a lobby with two elevators and carts to help you unpack your car. The master bedroom with a king bed has an attached bath and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Also features two flat screen tv's and WIFI.
This property does not allow pets or smoking (not in unit or on the balconies. $100 fine if violated). Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
