Great outdoor living - front and side decks, outdoor dining area, Webber BBQ (charcoal) large front lawn.
Easy 2 minute walk to safe swimming beach and local Cafes/Restaurants.
A short drive away from Waikanae river and cycle ways.
Other local attractions include excellent biking and walking trails, Nga Manu Nature Reserve, Queen Elizabeth Park and Kapiti Island Nature Reserve.
The cottage is less than a 15 minute drive to the start of the Paekakariki Escarpment Track.

Awesome location!

Great spot so close to the beach. Peaceful and quiet. Everything we needed was provided and exactly as advertised. Great spot to stay, as long as you comfortable with a lot of stairs.
