Golf break

3 guys stayed played 4 rounds of golf so 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was important. Very accommodating and super easy check in. Garage was plus, we could leave all our golf bags out and not worry someone would see them. Great host, will stay again.

The home was everything it was made out to be. Extremely clean and we were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed being at the southern end of Murrells Inlet. An easy drive to any attraction you may want to go to but also was quiet when you want to just relax on the back deck. We loved Huntington Beach State Park and the prepaid tag was a nice touch. We definitely plan on coming back!

Spring break baseball tournament

We visited Murrell’s Inlet for the first time for a high school baseball tournament. The home was clean, well appointed, and walkable to many restaurants. Appreciated that staples like paper towels, handsoap, laundry detergent and garbage bags were provided.

Beautiful, comfortable sanctuary

This trip for us was due to bereavement: the death of my father. If ever a comfortable sanctuary was needed it was then. Preparing for Dad's service in a comfortable, clean, organized, bright environment was a great blessing. The rental has just enough supplies and equipment without being cluttered; leaving room for renters to place their own items. It was wonderfully clean. We weren't there long enough to use the dishwasher, washer, or dryer but all appliances were late model and sanitary. Bottom line: awesome accommodations! We would definitely consider renting the unit again---maybe next time under happier circumstances. Many thanks to the owners!

Very clean, good value

Was what was expected from the listing, accurate. House was very clean and in good shape. Did not have shower soap, paper towels, etc available but easily grabbed from the nearby store. Bar across the street was pretty loud overnight for the guests that had the room closest to it. The garage was very skinny, not usable for a large vehicle like our QX80 but able to be used by our friends with a Pilot. All very minor things, deserves a 5-star based on value, cleanliness, listing accuracy, and proximity to virtually everything. Was a good option for a rental and would recommend to others without question.

Sanctuary during time of bereavement

We stayed at the property due to an out-of-town trip for my Dad's memorial service. This place was amazing! If ever a clean, organized, bright, well-supplied place was needed, it was then. The whole process with the company and the owners was smooth and friendly. We certainly didn't need any rental angst added to what we were already facing. The rental company and the owners were quick to respond to the two communications I had before arrival. Bottom line, I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a wonderful rental experience. We still have other family members in Surfside Beach and we will definitely consider staying there again during future visits. Hopefully, the next time(s) will be under happier circumstances. Thank you.

Beautiful new house, great location.

The house was great and in walking distance to many great restaurants. Everything was clean, new and it was so nice having 3 bathrooms. I don’t think we really could’ve parked 3 vehicles on each side of the driveway though. I didn’t realize the listing was for one half of the pictured building. We ended up having to fly down because our our son got there a day before us and said there’s no way our truck and boat would fit in the driveway, especially if the other side is rented out.

Good location

Location was great. As far as cleanliness goes not too good. Floor had sand but it was expected….. dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and broken glass at the bottom. Pullout sofa had food crumbs on both sides when we opened it and sand on the sheets. Other than that it was good.

Location, location

Sitting on Business Rt 17, the three level house is situated conveniently to all local tourist sites. The house is under new ownership, so it feels like new. Has a well appointed kitchen. It has an open floor plan, but is not spacious. Seating for four, both at the table and in the living room, so we were fine.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here the weekend of a wedding! This beautiful home was the perfect place, It's close to so many good restaurants and shops! This home was so cozy and there was a lot of space. We even had a question and the renters got back to us in less than 10 minutes! I loved this house and can't wait to book another stay! Such caring and good people who wanted nothing but the best stay for me and my family!

Close to Murrells Fun

House is walking distance to fishing (Crazy Sister Marina) and close to some of my favorite restaurants in the area. Everything is new in the duplex and Dave the manager is very responsive. We could not find a fire extinguisher and he bought one for us the first night. I recommend Wicked Tuna and Mojos for music (walk) and Hot Fish club (drive) for dinner. Beach at state park and Garden city is a bike able but a decent ride.
