Unbelievable Setting! Welcome to our second Floor Tree House Tennis Villa snuggled within the gated Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club surrounded by majestic Live Oaks and Palm Trees. Sea Oaks is nestled between the spectacular Sea Grape Beach and the Indian River (both 5-7 minute walks).
Sea Oaks is amenity rich and offers 16 world class Har Tru tennis courts, 2 Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, Private Community Pool and Hot tub, Beach Club Pool and Hot Tub, Beach Club Dining/Gazebo Bar, Break Point Dining (adjacent to Tennis Courts), Historic Jungle Trail, Kayaking Biking and Fishing. Sandridge Golf Club is mere 10 minute drive. Sandridge Golf Club boasts two 18-hole championship layouts, practice range and club house. Sandridge Golf Club is a premier public golf facility in Florida.
The condo is newly renovated and furnished and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen/living room (large Smart TV), pull out sofa and screened in porch. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is fully supplied for all your cooking and entertainment needs. BBQ is located at the community pool. Condo also includes two “Panama Jack” bicycles as well as beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon.

Wake up in the morning and walk to the beach with your coffee and enjoy the amazing Sea Grape Beach. You can either sit and enjoy the surf or walk the sandy beach for miles in either direction. If your lucky there might be a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, always a spectacular sight to see (and maybe hear).

If you enjoy Tennis or Pickleball, Sea Oaks is the place for you. Book your own courts, sign up for Private or Group Lessons, Clinics or maybe a game of "Live Ball." Sea Oaks has a fully stocked Pro Shop for all your Tennis and Pickleball needs.

Vero Beach is a short drive along A1A. Explore Vero Beach's many restaurants, shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge and Sebastian Inlet State Park are a 10 minute away drive.

Beautiful Villa

Our Villa was absolutely lovely. Very clean and wonderfully decorated. George, the owner, was easy to communicate with. The area surrounding the Villa was lush and tropical, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the many amenities offered at the resort. I highly recommend this Villa!

Sea Oaks Tree House

The Tree House is the perfect blend of Old Florida Oak hammocks and ocean! The unit was perfectly decorated and clean. The open layout allowed us all to visit and enjoy each other. A short walk to the beach and ocean club was ideal. We enjoyed our stay and will definately be back! We had a bit of trouble checking in as there had been a storm and systems were down but the owner was responsibe immediately to assit. 10/10!

Great location quiet and secured

Amazing property for my family and I; short walk to the beach. The mature trees surrounding the property provided great privacy and also great views. Gated community with a security guard was a plus. Witness some amazing sunrises at the beach as well sea turtle tracks. Looking forward to my next stay here again.

Superb Condo

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this superb condo. Loved looking out on to the trees and watching the wildlife. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. Owner very helpful and prompt to answer any queries.Seaoaks is fantastic especially if you enjoy tennis. Plenty of courts, coaching and other residents very welcoming. The surroundings are so beautiful. Not stayed anywhere like it. Lots of wildlife. Beach very close by and also the Indian River. Highly recommend.

nice condo in Sea Oaks

We loved our stay at the 2BR/2BA second floor condo in Sea Oaks. Open floor plan. King bed was comfortable. Tons of hangers which was nice however, no drawers/dresser in the master bathroom or bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch overlooked the trees and tennis courts. Tennis lessons started at 8a but they weren't too loud if we slept in. The host was very nice to communicate with.Sea Oaks is a gorgeous community with tons of oak trees. There are mulched paths you can walk on throughout the community. No bike paths. You bike on the streets. Loved the beach club. We were there the week of New Years and it was packed with families. I had to bring a beach chair and umbrella from the condo to the beach on one day. Other days I was able to get a Sea Oaks chair and umbrella that already were set up on the beach.
