Spectacular views and prime location

Oceana is located in a secluded street and is 12 minutes walk to Avalon village [shops, cinema, art gallery, supermarket, bakeries, spa and massage shops], 15 minutes walk to Avalon Beach, 6 minutes walk to Avalon Golf Course and 6 minutes walk to Bilgola Beach.

There is a huge ocean facing terrace, 1 x 8 seater dining table, 1 x 6 seater outdoor dining table, 2 smart TVs, a fire pit, BBQ, pizza oven, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, soda stream, sonos sound system, air conditioning, woodfire, underfloor heating and air conditioning.

The master bedroom suite has a kitchette/ lounge area and a separate entrance.

There are 4 pushbikes, tennis and pickelball gear, 3 boogie boards and other sports items.

Oceana is beautifully appointed.

Note that the 5th bedroom is the studio [1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds] which is detached from the house [10 steps away] and it does not have a bathroom or toilet.

The street is secluded and so loud gatherings or parties are prohibited.

There are 29 steps from the parking area to the lower level of the house and then 15 steps to the upper main house level.

A memorable stay

The experience at Oceana was wonderful and so memorable. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with a balcony directly overlooking Bilgoga beach. The host was so accomodating with my proposal and small celebration with intimate family members. It was peaceful and relaxing, beautifully decorated. An experience I will never forget. We will definitely be back again!
