Positioned on the sand dunes with direct access to the beach this secluded free standing house is one of a kind in Bermagui.
Enjoy breakfast in the sun on the deck with views of the beach "Moorhead's" and views of 'Galuga" and dinner in the covered barbecue area in the garden.
From the entrance hall you enter the living area with contemporary décor, flat screen Tv and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Sleep to the sounds of the waves in the three bedrooms - one queen and 2 doubles, each with bedside tables and lamps. There are two bathrooms.
Main bedroom has elevated views of the ocean, from your queen bed. Access is via stairs.
Situated on the north side of the river the house is an easy bike ride into town, or a three minute walk to the fabulous restaurant - Octopii
The garden is securely enclosed for dogs. Please Note there is no Parking for Boats
Guests will need to bring their own linen - sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

The house is tucked away in a quieter part of Bermagui. It's a well equipped, pet friendly property, which is close to a lovely beach and a great little restaurant.
A very comfortable and well equipped house in a spectacular location. We loved the easy access to the beach out the back gate and the cafe round the corner. A perfect place to bring kids and dogs.

Beautiful decor, beach frontage, quiet and secluded. Everything we needed in the house.
Property is in an excellent location - you can walk out the back gate and down to the beach. It's also only a 10 minute walk to town (less if you're fast).It had everything we needed for a short family stay.There was no hot water on our first day (which we found out after returning from the beach needing showers), but the real estate contact was lovely to deal with and resolved the issue as quickly as she could.We would stay again.
This is our second stay at this beautiful property. It works so well for our family and two dogs. The house is attractive and comfortable, the garden is big enough to throw the ball for the dogs. The location is amazing, backing right onto the dunes and with a spectacular view.
