Located in a very quiet residential area with private, fully fenced back yard.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen that opens out to covered back deck with outdoor lounge area.
Lounge area with large comfy lounge, smart TV, Foxtel and an array of board games.
Modern well equipped kitchen with microwave and Magimix Nespresso Coffee Machine (pods required)
Bedroom 1 opens onto back deck. Has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with large walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 - perfectly set up for the kids with a set of bunks.
Main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Plenty of parking and room for a boat.
Eden on Miller is perfectly just 600 metres to beautiful and secluded Orion Beach in Vincentia. Close by is also Collingwood
Cove, Collingwood Beach (pictured) and Nelsons Beach -
some of the finest beaches in Jervis Bay all you need to do is grab a towel and be at the beach in a few minutes!
Also just 600 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson - or head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.

Beautiful house at a wonderful place

A beautiful house at a very special place. We love Vincentia and loved staying at the property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend. The neighbourhood is really quiet and minutes from Orion beach, which is superb.

Great Location, Great Stay

From start to finish it was easy as pie. Everything was ready to go from when we arrived which was greatly appreciated after a 12 hour drive up. The location is fantastic and the space not only of the house, but the overall property is amazing. The morning coffee on the back deck listening to nothing but birds and distance waves was something I enjoyed so much daily. Great stay, couldn't recommend enough and we will definitely be back. Cheers!

Beautiful property well worth the visit

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was immaculate- whoever does the cleaning of this house does an incredible job! We have stayed in many properties and you can usually find a stray hair here or there (no big deal of course!) but not at this place- it was flawless! The facilities were outstanding- it came equipped with a fantastic kitchen with all of the utensils you could hope for, an excellent fridge and microwave and plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. They have done a great job with making this holiday stay a home. Beautiful verandah and outdoor seats made for very pleasant afternoons outside. I could go on for a while but overall I was very impressed with the high standard of accomodation we had and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is an enjoyable walk down to the shops and the beach, and located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Thank you for having us!
