1/2 Acre fully secured pet friendly property suitable for larger dog breeds, come spend quality time and treat your pet to a great holiday too!
The Lakeside Villa is located on the Foreshore of Lake Victoria and features a picturesque lake view from the master bedroom. Only a five-minute walk along the waterfront to the Marina, Lakeside Bar and Bistro. Also within close proximity to the local shopping precinct.
The villa is not suitable for children, comfortably fits a couple or single adult.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast for your summer holiday or weekend getaway. a living area is located downstairs just off the kitchen with plasma TV, wood fire and air-conditioning.
The master bedroom is located upstairs with a 75″ plasma TV and attached en-suite.
The backyard has an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ facilities, pizza oven and large outdoor wood fire pit (only permitted for use outside of fire restrictions) together with complementing garden furniture, which over looks the lake. The beach edges on to the back yard, and a walking track along the beach to the national park.
Town facilities include, Lakeview Bar & Bistro located on the foreshore of Lake Victoria. The Hotel provides a free minibus for patrons if you don’t feel like walking along the foreshore.
A Licensed Supermarket, General Store, Cafe’/Takeaway Shop, Fish & Chip Shop, RSL, Sailing Club are all on offer in town.

Lakeside Villa is pet friendly. Your pet is a very welcomed family member. Responsibilities and the number of pets are to be discussed when booking your stay. It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up after your pet, including vacuuming dog hair.

Health & Safety
We want you to know that we are doing our part to help guests stay safe. Due to the Coronavirus, our Cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
"During times of COVID-19" Whilst we are taking all reasonable measures to ensure that people who stay at our place are safe from contracting COVID-19, we ask the following of guests. If at any time leading up to your stay at our place you or any of your party develop and / or display cold or flu symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive, you communicate this to us prior to attending the property. We do have a flexible cancellation policy and will provide a full refund. Furthermore if within two weeks of staying at our place, you or anyone from your party develop symptoms we request that you make us aware of this.
Cleaning
You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure; however we do require the homes to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival. If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be charged. Please ensure that you clean up after your pet or we will charge an additional fee for the cleaner. We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay.
