Great Location

This is a great ski-in/ski-out unit. Very close to Ballhooter lift. Unit is at the end of hallway which makes for a slightly longer walk but it is quieter being at the end. Great communication with the owner. Owner and housekeeer both went out of their way to help make our trip special for my daughters birthday… that alone makes us want to come back.

Carpet was very musty, ceiling fan had inch of dust on it, kitchen was poorly configured with almost zero counter space and all plates, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans had to be washed prior to using.

Worst Snowshoe lodging!

We visit Snowshoe almost every year for the last 16 years and this was the worst! This unit is on the second floor and you can hear EVERY move the people make above you! It was TERRIBLE! You will not be able to sleep until they do and you will wake up the second they do. You will hear pounding while they walk around in their ski boots. WAY over priced for the size of unit and the constant noise! Unit hadn’t been vacuumed, we found screws on the floor.. There are much better units at Snowshoe for less. Run don’t walk away from this hot mess.

I provided 5 star review as per my policy. I have had this condo rented by so many folks during the ski season. I looked at other 6 reviews on VRBO and they were all 5 stars, 22 reviews on Airbnb which were mostly 5 stars except one or two which were 4 stars. I wonder what happened to this guest and how did the condo change so much right away for her?? One hour after checking in the condo, she started threatening that she will give me bad reviews because of people were walking in upstairs condo. I called the front desk and they called the unit upstairs to walk gently. However, Gayle wanted a freebie and has complaint how expensive and bad the condo was. I host more than 500 guests every year and there are a few like Gayle which take away the pleasure of hosting because either they can't afford the place or are looking for some freebie. My request to guests like Gail is not to leave misleading reviews for other guests. As a community we have an obligation to provide fair and transparent information and not to threaten homeowners about reviews and extract freebies from them. Thank you. I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience during your stay. It's always disappointing when a vacation doesn't meet our expectations. Place had been updated since the pictures on-line were taken. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a nice size living area / kitchen. Great location - exit to the slopes or to the town center. It is a little far down the hall and faces the parking lot, but we did not care and still could view the skyline with snow over Thanksgiving weekend!

Manish was really responsive and a great host! The entire check in and check out process was so easy. The place was perfect for our ski weekend - I can't recommend enough staying on the slopes and being able to ski in for lunch and at the end of the day.

nice clean little place

Beds and couch are comfortable. You can cook dinner, there are enough pots and plates. The condo is on the far side of the building so it is a bit of a hike with all your gear. We would stay here again.
