Exclusive Beach Retreat

The home is located in a very quiet residential area known as North Beach.
It offers 2 houses in the same location with a private heated pool and is only two and a half blocks to sandy and gorgeous Clearwater Beach.
This unique home offers 2 separate houses fully furnished and equipped with their own kitchen, bath, utensils etc. and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Main house sleeps 6 guests and Rear Guest house also sleeps 6.
The fully private and heated pool is in the middle of the two houses surrounded by lush landscaping and has a lot of lounging space and is fully fenced for privacy.
Perfect for 2 families or a large family gathering in tropical Clearwater Beach.
*Note: Price quoted is for the main house with maximum of 6 guests.
If you require the back house that can accommodate up to another 6 guests as well, there is an extra charge.

Very nice an relaxing getaway

It was a nice place very clean . The owner was awesome made sure we had what we needed. It’s a block from the beach which was very nice . I will be back 😁

This property is fabulous. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beautiful beach. Trolley system to downtown was the way to go, although it was walking distance to most attractions we wanted to see. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Perfect location

The house was in a perfect location, the owner was easy to reach at any time and the house was nice but the listing when we booked our vacation was deceiving. We thought the booking included the main house and the back house but after we booked it we found out we had to pay additional money for both houses and the AC was controlled remotely and was not allowed to go under 75 degrees. We were sweating every night in bed in the middle of April. Besides these two issues we loved the house and location. The owner was apologetic about the post and I believe has updated it since.
