Welcome to True Blue- 51 Center Lane South.

Carlton Landing is a destination like no other, and "True Blue" is a beautiful gem at the heart of The Crossings. A spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom lake home featuring cozy, beautiful decor—it is a lovely but brief walk to the beach, pop-up shops, food trucks, and boardwalk pool plus hot tub. Savor your morning coffee on the front porch or second-story balcony as you make plans for an amazing day. Bonus: The home features a private firepit area for you to make smores!

As you walk through the front door you will find a modern kitchen that offers select stainless appliances and fully stocked cabinets with all your cooking needs. It opens into the dining area, with table seating for 6 and seating for 4 at the counter. The living room offers plenty of space, the perfect place to gather in the evening with family and friends.

Down the hall, you will find the primary ensuite king bedroom private bathroom with dual sink vanities and shower. Close by is a convenient half-bath and laundry room by the back door of the home.

As you walk up the staircase to the second level of the home you will find the coolest bunk room! This room will have you dreaming of all the places you want to explore. The bunkroom has balcony access.

The second bedroom features a king-size bed plus balcony access to take in the views of Carlton Landing. The shared full bathroom for the guest rooms is located in the hallway. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

Property was wonderful! Fully equipped with everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating for families. Large table in kitchen for games was great! Easy check-in and out. Location was great for easy access to all activities and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay at this location again.

We enjoyed the location being near the marina, church, and open spaces. The golf cart rental is a must, in our opinion. So much fun driving around the community and enjoying the hiking trails, courts, lookout and more! Our nightly fire pit was a blast. We will be back!
