Koa means Happy, so step inside and be amazed by this beautifully refurbished home, with its amazing dcor, its light and airy open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. A happy home away from home. Koa offers good-sized bedrooms - 1x king and 1x queen and one bedroom with a king single bunk bed and king single bed. It also has plenty of room outside for kids to explore and a front deck for the adults to relax on. The bathroom and laundry need to be refurbished and will be once permissions are granted.

Great location - beautiful sunrises

This property was a cute little house, well appointed and in a perfect location. Just one street from the waterfront, you could be on the beach within minutes. Tidy house with everything you need.

Comfortable house is a great location

This house was very comfortable and with walking distance of downtown Kaikoura. I’ll stay here again if I get the chance!
