Awesome stay

Loved everything about this property! The floorplan is great and the activities were awesome! Loved the waterpark and workout facility and we’ll definitely stay here again! So easy to get to the parks, shopping and eating! Well done!!

Great space and perfect for all ages!

Property has been well maintained. Dedicated bathrooms a plus for multiple families. Game room and movie theater were used all day every day! Great,safe neighborhood.

The house was very clean and pictures were accurate. The pool and included water park was a big hit with our family. I would recommend this house and definitely consider renting again if visiting Orlando in the future.

Amazing!

House is beautiful! Plenty of space for multiple families. We loved the location and gated community. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Jeeves responded promptly and addressed our very minor issues immediately. Will definitely stay again and recommend to families!

Great location, perfect house set-up

The house was exactly as pictured! The number of king bedrooms with ensuites worked out well for my family. The pool and patio felt very private, even with houses next door close by. The neighborhood was great- extremely clean, sidewalks for walking, and felt very secure. Jeeves was very responsive leading up to and during the stay, addressing any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for larger families

This property has everything you need for all ages. The location was close to both Disney and universal parks! The check in and out process were easy. The Waterpark in the neighborhood was a hit! Close to Publix for groceries! Would definitely book again! Place was large enough for my family of 13. What makes this property stand out is the amount of king bedrooms !!

Fantastic villa

Amazing villa and pool, would highly recommend. in particular, the place was spotlessly clean, including the pool. Although we didn't really use the resort facilities, the overall place was beautifully clean and family orientated. At the end of a day visiting the parks, the kids (teenagers) all wanted to return to the villa over and above anything else! The villa was even better than as represented in the photos and we would certainly use again if the opportunity arose.

Turkey day 2024

We had a relaxing time—I really enjoy this neighborhood. I wish the outdoor furniture were taken better care of—the egg chair had a old, dirty and torn seat cushion. One of the large loungers had no cushions while the other one had mildew. We would’ve loved to have a corner lamp in the living space to keep from having the bright overhead lights on us all the time. As far as cooking—could use some casserole dishes and serving bowls. There was one dish and only mixing type bowls. We were very happy with the house and it’s location.

Great Family Vacation

The home was spacious (more spacious than the pictures suggest), extremely clean, and in a safe gated community. Biggest draw was the amount of en-suite bathrooms - everyone had so much privacy. We were together when we wanted to be together, and took space when needed. A couple of hiccups with door entry and a package delivery, but Jeeves was SUPER responsive. One evening coming home, we had an issue getting in and there was literally an agent at our door in less than a minute! Food, shopping, and Disney were all only a few short miles away. In short, at the end of each day, coming back to our villa was definitely a highlight. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to re-book if my travels ever take me out to Kissimmee again!

Beautiful home in great location

The house was beautiful! We loved the layout. The pool was fantastic. We had a small issue with our pool on the first day and contacted Jeeves, they had it fixed within a couple hours. We didn’t feel like the house had a lot of “extras”- would’ve liked to know that ahead of time. For example, there was no other toilet paper other than the partial roll in each bathroom. There was only a partial roll of paper towels, 3 garbage bags and 3 dishwasher packets. For a week of rental,. 8 thought that was light- but we still enjoyed our stay,

Comfortable...BUT

We have a large family and have stayed at many VRBOs. First the pros.. Overall the house was clean and the pool was great! We paid for pool heat and had no issues. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed a king size room. Cons: I don't think the internet ever worked. We informed the host of this a few days after our arrival, but it wasn't addressed. If you plan to work this is not the place for you. You will need to buy extra of everything. Toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper. You get a couple of bath towels per bathroom, so if you're staying more than a few days, bring laundry soap if you want clean towels. The Direct TV went out on Sat and they came on Tues afternoon to fix it (we left on Wed.). This is a gated community, but there was always an issue at the gate. We had multiple issues trying to get a code that could be used to enter the area. The guard shack was not very helpful. It wasn't just us as we spent 5-10 minutes at each entry waiting on someone else to enter. I think most people were trying to get a hold of someone to help them. We eventually got this worked out, but it took a few days. Lastly, we were contacted by a realtor to see if we wanted to purchase property in the area. They were not pushy, but this was unexpected and have never had this happen with any other VRBO. Overall we would choose another home if returning to this area.

Great house for multiple families and all ages

House was exactly as advertised. Great layout for multiple families and in a great location with easy access to Disney properties. Clean, well furnished, excellent mattresses and the club house with waterpark is wonderful. We loved the house and everyone in our party agreed we would stay in it again. A few notes to the property manager: 1. We had a problem getting in (the automatic lock didn't work) and how to get help before getting inside wasn't provided in our welcome email. Took some googling and waiting to get ahold of Jeeves. Once we got ahold of them they fixed it immediately and we were able to get in. Customer service on the call was excellent. The contact and house information was in an envelope inside the entry. Would be helpful to have a clear "call this number" if you have any problems on the email. 2. The back sliding door didn't lock and the shades on that door are missing some of the vertical pieces (there were several in the outside garbage cans when we checked in, so I'm assuming that was a recent issue from the previous tenants). 3. We never could figure out the wifi access. We were extremely busy in the days and once we got back to the house it was always afterhours for support. That could be better outlined in the house book. 4. We also never figured out the trash pick-up. The book gave days for trash pick-up (no one ever had their garbage cans out) and the instructions said that there was daily service pick-up with no need to set it out. There was a bunch of trash in it when we checked in and no one ever came and emptied it while we were there. We didn't fill them up and had plenty of space, we just never figured it out. 5. There were bottles of drinks in the outside cooler when we checked in. We didn't use the cooler. We threw away what was opened and left 3 unopened bottles there. Just mentioning because you might want to have the cleaners check that in the future.
