Summary:
Laid-back and bright, Bach 14 is a relaxed family base near Oneroa Village, an easy, comfortable spot made for simple beach days and unhurried evenings.
The Space:
Bach 14 is a light and easy holiday home, well set up for relaxed stays close to the beach and village. The cottage has a bright, open plan living area with slider doors that open onto a partially covered deck, creating a simple flow between indoor and outdoor living. The deck works well for outdoor dining, shared meals, and long summer days, while the garden beyond is flat, fully fenced, and ideal for families.
Inside the cottage, the living, dining, and kitchen areas are arranged as one connected space. The kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking, whether it’s easy breakfasts before the beach or relaxed dinners at home. The furnishings are comfortable and practical, giving the house a fresh, welcoming feel without being overdone.
The main cottage includes three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Two bedrooms are set up with queen beds, while the third bedroom features a king single bunk bed, making it well suited for children. All bedrooms are simply styled and designed for comfortable, easy stays.
Set just across the lawn is a large detached studio that provides additional sleeping space and privacy. The studio includes its own bathroom and a bunk bed with a single bed over a queen bed, making it a practical option for teenagers, friends, or extended family members who prefer a little separation from the main house.
The layout works well for families and groups, offering shared spaces for time together, along with flexible sleeping arrangements and room to spread out both inside and out.
