About this property

Seaside on Waiheke - Walk to Oneroa Village

Summary:

Seaside on Waiheke is a modern, waterfront studio designed for relaxing mornings, open windows and easy coastal living. With sweeping sea views and direct access to the water’s edge, and Oneroa Village within walking distance, this light-filled retreat is ideal for couples or solo travelers wanting a simple, comfortable base close to beaches, dining, and the ferry.

The Space:

Seaside on Waiheke is a beautifully positioned waterfront studio that opens directly toward the bay. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the water, bringing natural light into the space and making the view part of the everyday rhythm of the stay.

The layout is simple, calm, and uncluttered, with a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area, and easy flow to the outdoor space. It is designed for guests who want a peaceful base rather than a large house, with everything close at hand and the water just beyond the lawn.

The kitchenette is well set up for light meals, breakfast, and easy snacks, making it simple to start the day slowly before walking into Oneroa or heading out to explore the island.

The bathroom is modern and beautifully finished, with quality fixtures, soft lighting, and a clean contemporary feel.

Step outside to open lawn, sea views, and a quiet stretch of coastline. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, sunset views, or simply leaving the doors open and enjoying the coastal setting.

This studio is best suited to couples or solo travelers wanting a modern waterfront retreat within easy reach of Oneroa Village, beaches, restaurants, vineyards, and the Matiatia passenger ferry.

The Neighborhood:

Seaside on Waiheke sits in a peaceful part of Oneroa, close to the shoreline and within easy walking distance of the village.

Oneroa Village is one of Waiheke’s main hubs, with cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, and useful local services. For coffee, breakfast, or casual meals, guests can walk to local favourites including Wai Kitchen, The Local, Fenice, and Vino Vino.

Oneroa Beach and Little Oneroa are also close by for swimming, beach walks, and relaxed afternoons by the water. The coastal paths around Blackpool and the nearby headlands offer easy places to explore on foot.

For vineyard lunches and wine tasting, Mudbrick and Cable Bay are only a short drive away, both offering beautiful outlooks and a classic Waiheke dining experience.

The Matiatia passenger ferry is only minutes away, making this a convenient location for guests arriving without a car while still feeling quiet and tucked away.
