5 bedroom, 2 bath, one-level house in Solana Beach (San Diego).

Beautiful spacious back yard with Tregor top of the line barbeque. 5-person outside island. Big game room in the garage set up with a ping-pong table as well as X box and games. 4 large flat screen TV'S, fully-equipped kitchen. Sleeps 12.

Wedding parties, receptions, family reunions, family get-togethers, all are welcome.

1 mile to the beach, but access to private beach parking. nr. restaurants, stores, etc. 20 minutes from Sea world or Lego Land. 30 minutes to the San Diego zoo. Water sports close by at the Carlsbad Lagoon. Big game room with x box, large screen t.v. ping pong, fuze ball. fire pit in back with large sitting room, hot tub, wi fi etc.

Such a wonderful vacation in the perfect area. Surrounded by beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location and accommodations. Clean, spacious, lots of beds and great backyard. We would go back again in a second. Shirly was fantastic to rent from and friendly. It was a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location for California getaway

We have stayed in many different locations in Solana Beach over the years and this ranks among the top. Shirly was the perfect host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed - ultra responsive. We will be back.

I am the owner of this house. I have three teenagers now. I try to be the best hostess ever. My kids love welcoming to people into our home. We want people to feel totally at home and welcome. We go out of our way to make sure our vacationers enjoy their visit in San Diego.

Why they chose this property

We love our house because we have put a lot of effort in making this house a nice home for people to relax. We have 4 big screen t.v.s. to enjoy. We have had many weddings at our home as well. Dj's even have played inside our house. Neighbors can't hear anything inside our home. It is a one level home so it is easy access for anyone with a disability.

one level home Lots of party lights outside with the hot tub.
fire pit outside with a huge couch to sit around.
