Important Notice to September 2024 guests: Beginning on September 9th, the elevator will be undergoing modernization and will not be available until completion which is anticipated to be by September 24th. Additionally, the pool will be closed for resurfacing starting on September 9th, with work expected to finish by September 30th. While beach access, parking, and other amenities will remain available, you may notice some construction activity throughout your stay due to these projects. We encourage to you to reach out to the front desk prior to booking if you have any concerns about how this may affect your stay.
Unit 207 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, along with a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. The balcony has a view of the Boca Ciega Bay. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.
