The Space is fully air conditioned and also has central heating.
All on one level we have open plan kitchen, living and dining, with a large dining table seating 8.

Bedroom Four with two king single beds plus floor mattress that will fit in all rooms.

Family bathroom with large bath, shower and seperate toilet.

Laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
